We had a great stay at Roberto’s place in Lastarria! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Santiago and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, museums, coffee shops, the metro, and all the main tourist spots. We loved exploring the area on foot, and despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and especially appreciated the 24/7 front desk security—it felt very safe. Roberto was friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Santiago!

Modern 3B3B Luxury Apt in The Heart of Las Condes

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

The apartment complies with all the descriptions indicated by the host. It is a very quiet place, either within the building or in the sector (no buses pass and that is appreciated to be able to rest). The sector has very close places to eat something rich and at a great price. Valentina is very cordial and was very attentive to hand over all the requested information. The apartment is very comfortable and very well maintained, it also has a balcony where you can observe at night in a very quiet environment. It was a very pleasant stay, which we would obviously repeat in the same place. You can see that there is concern about delivering good service and that is appreciated.

The stay was wonderful, the view is magical. Rodrigo was helpful all the time, responds super fast and we felt at home! Best of all, you can walk to skiing easily, next to the hotels and the building is very cozy, very polite people, I went with my boyfriend and we want to come back soon :)

I stayed at Fabián's apartment in Santiago Centro and it was an excellent experience. The location is very convenient, with close access to the metro line, warehouses, local commerce, and points of interest such as Teatro Cariola and Teatro Caupolicán. From the first moment, communication with Fabián was fluid; she was always available to answer my doubts and provided me with very useful information for my stay. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable rooms, and both the kitchen and the living room are very well equipped which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. Patricio was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living area and a super comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Santiago!

Diego was very friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was very well located and had a garage, a fundamental thing if you are traveling by car. The kitchen was very complete. A bit of maintenance is needed in the apartment, but it is a very nice and accessible place to stay

We had an amazing stay!!! For those who want to ski is very worthwhile, the structure of the building is extremely complete and we have already left with the skis on our feet. It still has a very complete downtown market. The apartment was clean and Jaime was very attentive, always responding to us very quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Everything excellent! No doubt about it, without a doubt the best location, 100% practical, Graziela solves everything. The apartment has everything, super comfortable, close to the malls. I went with my young children and it's super comfortable!!! I choose it again! It even presents a folder with the bus card in case you need it. Everything explained and everything works, super clean. Our stay in David’s home was a true pleasure! The house is beautiful and spacious . The surroundings are peaceful and awe inspiring! The whole process, from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. David was responsive and flexible. Gemma, the caretaker, was so kind and helpful. Available to assist throughout our stay. I wish our stay had been longer. Mario's service was excellent. The apartment is near the Arauco mall, so I would go for walks and shopping and not need to take the car out. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the gym or the pool. Next time.

It is on a high floor with a terrace to enjoy with a nice view.The neighborhood has supermarkets, restaurant, pharmacies and locomocion nearby. El Edificio seguro y Conerjes.Joanna is very friendly, attentive and concerned at all times. I hope to be back soon.
