The location is great with amazing views of the mountains!! The apartment has everything needed. Mauricio was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Mabel’s place! The loft was spotless and beautifully decorated. She has beautiful pieces of art that decórate the space beautifully. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beautiful Costanera Center Mall. Mabel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our booking and stay, making everything smooth and easy. I have to mention as well that check out time was at 11pm making it so much easier and stress free for us as our flight back home was late. We 100% recommend Mabel’s beautiful loft.

The apartment is very well equipped, clean and tidy, the environment is very nice and quiet, I had no problems, Metro and supermarket nearby.

Great stay, everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable for both pedestrian access to the Arauco Mall and vehicle access to get out on Kennedy Avenue. Germán was very attentive in giving us all the instructions. We will probably come back again!!

I liked the location, it is in Providencia, the area is safe both day and night, and is ideal for shopping at the Costanera Center as it is less than a ten minute walk away. Regarding the complex where the accommodation is located, it is very safe and the care of the managers was impeccable. The garage that the apartment provides is very safe, something small to park a van, but very easy to access.

My son spent five months in this cozy apartment. Location was excellent for visiting the city and also for everyday needs. The neighborhood is safe. Communication with Stefan was easy and he was available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
