We just spent a weekend at Francisco's house in Pozo Alcón, and we can't be happier. We were eight friends and the place was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, very well cared for and has all the necessary amenities to enjoy to the fullest. In addition, it is in a quiet and sunny environment, ideal for disconnecting. Francisco was an excellent host, very attentive and always willing to help us with any queries. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy place in Jaén. The house was very well cared for and maintained has everything you need very close and many things to visit around it. Francisco gives you a lot of information and gives us a code for an application in which there are countless things to do in the area, from restaurants, bars, places to visit of interest..... The host was very attentive and quick at all times anything we needed would respond instantly. An experience to repeat without a doubt and very advisable.

The house was exactly as in the photos: great and with a lot of detail. José a super host since even before arrival. He gave us many useful instructions and showed us visits and itineraries, apart from the mobile app that I recommend, which was essential. We will come back and definitely recommend it.

We have had two days of absolute peace! The house has electric heating and that was very important to arrive at night. Everything was clean and scented. Thanks!

The place is perfect for disconnecting, it's in the middle of nature literally, the nearest village is 25 minutes away by paved forest roads. the house is in a very quiet village, it is well equipped and Jose was always attentive to any questions or needs. The environment is very nice, there are many trails for hiking, and if you want to go to pools or nearby villages, you have to take a car if or yes. the host's directions are very clear, but the signage signs are a little confusing, otherwise it is perfect for disconnecting. There is a hotel/restaurant a 5 minute drive away where it eats very well. Overall, it is a home with everything you need to be comfortable and the environment to unwind and have a good time with the family, we will definitely repeat. And when you go back from making routes, you get into the pool, an added luxury, it gives it the sun all day and it's private for Airbnbs, so much better.

Don't worry about it anymore! We've had a great week, and the location is great for disconnecting. The treatment of the hosts is magnificent, detailed and careful. The meticulous maid service and the guy who keeps the pool and gardens friendly and professional. The facilities are equipped with everything you need, to be comfortable and live normal life as soon as you arrive. What I have enjoyed the most is its terrace, from which we have been able to contemplate the lost and enjoy the night sky, a great place for any lover of the firmament. The pool is clean and fresh! Outside there are some fruit trees that have given us some snacks. We're definitely going to try repeating.

We spent a weekend of activity in the mountains and a very homely rest by the bonfire. Important that animals allow and our dog Kali has enjoyed it so much. Taking pleasant walks with nature so close has been great and lounging by the fireplace as well.

We had a great time. A big plus on the location of the accommodation, because having a large vehicle we did not have to enter the small narrow streets of the village. Speaking of the village, we are used to spending our holidays there having family there, a wonderful village that is definitely worth a visit and where you feel very good. The accommodation is clean and spacious, everything is nice. Just a small negative note on the appliances that don't always work super well, and some cutlery or mug missing for a home of 6 people. The house and the area are perfect, in the middle of nature but very close to the village of Riopar. Good house and thoughtful. Dulce, the host, super friendly and attentive, recommends places of interest nearby if you ask. The pool, a delight. The playhouse a surprise to me niece. We've been very comfortable.

We spent some amazing days in Susan's apartment. The house has everything you need, it is cozy and super hot in winter. The area is quiet, perfect for enjoying nature. Susan and Carmen were always available to us. We will definitely be back here.

The listing is as described. It's a quiet place with everything you need to unwind a few days with the family. The owner responds the messages almost instantly and is very friendly. Highly recommended. The interior of the house, except for one room and the kitchen, has quite powerful air conditioning. The room that doesn't have air has a ceiling fan. The outdoor area has a garden with fruit trees, a huge kitchen in front of the pool, and space for parking cars. We'll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jaime’s place, the house was beautiful and very clean, and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel comfortable and at home. The view is stunning, and there are beautiful drives and areas of scenery nearby. Jaime was extremely friendly and helpful, and accommodated for all our needs to make us feel at home. He always responded quickly to our messages and requests, and helped us out throughout the duration of our stay. Me and my friends really loved our stay here, and we would highly recommend it to all! The apartment is great, with everything you need to spend a few days. It's better than in pictures. Communication with Valeria was smooth and very helpful at all times. If I were to return to Arroyo Frio, I would do it again!
