A remote and authentic experience in a real Italian village. Welcoming host and locals. A great place to get away from the stress of the city. Mind blowing views from the bedroom and living room. We hope to be back. The apartment could be a challenge to reach if you have mobility issues but the walk up the hills is worth it. Just make sure to bring good shoes for hiking/walking on stone

Maria Grazia and her mother were extremely helpful, communication was quick and easy. The house is beautiful, large and spacious and very clean. The pictures on the site are very accurate. Views from the balconies are marvelous, the surrounding garden and area peaceful and inviting. The area is rural, amongst farmhouses, orchards and fields, on a mountain overlooking the sea, a charming little church bell tolling the hours. In the center of Minturno there are a couple of very good and friendly restaurants, many other little towns a short car drive away. Be advised that it is absolutely necessary to arrive by car, the roads being steep and narrow, dark at night. House no. on "Waze" isn't accurate, follow Maria Grazia's instructions. There is a train station a very short drive away, from there you can easily take the train to Roma, Napoli, Pompeii etc. The seashore is also a short drive away, as are some very interesting small archeological sites. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great location for those who love to live in Civita Alta in an authentic Castel di Sangro with no confusion and dinner aperitif tourism. It'sa experience to do.

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We spent a week holidaying in Dominique's villa with our parents and toddler. The location was ideal for visiting nearby family and villages such as Atina, Picinisco and Valle Grande. The house was set in the beautiful countryside making it a very picturesque location for our family vacation. The pool was an ideal respite to the extreme midday sun. The house was well equipped and spotless. Dominique was a great host and the information provided throughout our stay was helpful. There's a local supermarket a short drive away as well as places to eat in the nearby villages. We had a great stay.

perfect place, we were with 11 friends and a small child and we had a great time, the spaces were adequate and we had a great weekend! Lucrezia is very kind, always available and has met our needs without any problem! Absolutely recommended!

Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!
