My family was delighted with the house, impeccable cleaning, an extremely smelling house that when you arrive you feel that coziness. Well-equipped house we supplied in everything, accommodates the 13 people very well, very good stove we used the oven to make the pizza, good shower. The only thing to be still + perfect was to have a pool heater! Very obg for the amazing experience

The stay was the space of Renata is amazing, very cozy, the house is equipped with all the items we need, in addition to a leisure area with pool, elastic bed (which supports adults), little football field and vollei, at last amazing everything, I will be back for sure! Wonderful stay! The house is amazing, a charm, with everything extremely clean and impeccable and also close to markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants. Gabriel was super attentive with agent all the time! I and my family will definitely come back more often, we love it! The holiday was wonderful.

Before closing the reservation, Antônio has already responded to us very promptly. The house is a dream, wonderful! It is difficult to list all the qualities, but very easy to say that we were very happy during our standard. Not to mention the attention of Dudha that supports Antônio with the house, super cordial, served us very well! Of course, we will be looking for new occasions to come back more often.

The place is even better than in the photo, and it exceeded all expectations (which were high rs). Great to relax, enjoy nature, forget a little about the rush of everyday life and really rest. We did not use the Internet much, but in the period we stayed was very stable. The kitchen is complete, having breakfast and eating at the table outside to the sound of the birds, the wind in the trees is a delight. The housekeeper and his wife were very attentive, also respecting the privacy of the place. We'll be back for sure!

Sensational , extremely neat and neat , hosts score 10 and fast, easy check in and building safe and with polite staff. The region really is the best of SP , with restaurants, theaters , shop ( Shop Frei Caneca at 100 mts) , bars, markets and families. In short , the best Airbnb we've ever stayed with, as everything in the listing is note 10 , bed, shower, bedding , pillows .....outside that has a great refrigerator, washer and dryer , utensils and the best , all kept and cleaned . The stay at the apartment was really perfect. The luegar was as described in the ad. The location was great to be able to go to work walking and the area was very nice and safe to spend the free moments. The building has 24-hour security and amenities in the building. I especially appreciate all Flavio's attention and dedication to advise me!

We love the apartment and the location! The backyard with the hammock to rest is perfect.. many birds stay there!! The building offers everything we need for a quiet stay: security, swimming pool, spacious gym, laundry.. everyone is always very helpful! What to say about host Vera.. super attentive and easy communication., we had an unforeseen after 10 pm and she supported us promptly to solve the problem! We will, for sure ❤️
