Well tidy, clean apartment, close to the subway, there was always someone in the concierge, there is market just ahead and the hosts are very helpful.

AP very well located. Letícia capricha in the details, as well as being a very attentive host. Really great Space, I'll come back to it if it's available when I'm back in SP.

i would like to thank you very much for the hospitality that Giselle provided me as well as the entire concierge loft staff and chambermaids who were always very kind and attentive to any questions we had. We felt at home and also very safe by the security of the condominium that had double ordinances for both pedestrian and vehicle and having some commitment in São Paulo we will certainly consult Giselle about the possible availability of the property.

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Quiet location, safe to pick up Uber, with market and great restaurants nearby. Come back for sure!

Monica’s place was better than advertised, it felt cosy and homey and was located in a very cool part of the neighbourhood, we loved it!

The space was great. Location met our needs.

Good location, building with good structure and insurance (always when entering we have to speak our name and doorman's document open the door). Pleasant apartment, however we stayed a little while, as we were just passing through the city. We had a communication problem when entering, as we hadn't picked up the lockbox code, but since we booked with less than 24 hours of attendance, we forgot to ask more details as well, and the problem was quickly resolved. We loved the place, and would come back again to stay longer.

Vanessa was great all the time, the place is extremely true to the photos, very clean. Just for future guests, the bathroom box, given the size of the AP is justifiable, take into account if you are a fat person, as it is "fair", I had some difficulties. And there is ceiling fan and not air conditioning, it helps, but in the extreme heat it is not possible, even at night. But let it be clear that these aspects do not downgrade the AP nor the great service of the host. I am aiming for those who are chubby to think about whether or not there will be problems with respect to size and whether in the heat this factor can be something ponderous for someone. I appreciate the length of stay. 🫰🏻

Monday when I stay with Eduardo. Very nice place and with privacy. It has a large supermarket that is practically on the side (only cross an avenue) and operates 24 hours. The region is safe and, even near two major avenues, I had no problems with the noise of the cars. In view of the balcony is very beautiful. Anyway, I recommend the space and sure to come back again.

Great place, I'll come back more often

At first I was afraid to make the reservation for the location to be more central, but the region is great! It lies behind the Famíglia Mancini, a restaurant that my husband and I love. In the region there are several conveniences, barzinho and a great bakery where we drink coffee. The apartment is beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures. As I entered, I was delighted, an extremely clean bathroom, with very nice and new towels. The bed is extremely comfortable, with new looking and smelling bedding. In the kitchen I found everything I needed. What surprised me was to find bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator, I found it of unparalleled care and consideration! The officers of the gatehouse are extremely helpful. The external space is beautiful, the gym is great, the express market in the condominium helps too much.The Home Office you can work peacefully, as well as being a beautiful space. It exceeded my expectations! Daniel was extremely cordial, a darling! I'll come back more often, excellent lodging.

Edison was very helpful. I stayed with him for two months and the apartment was great. He was very helpful and would always respond quickly if I needed anything. the apartment was great, with a beautiful and peaceful garden with palm trees and banana plants. I had plenty of privacy and the house was very secure in a very secure neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again if I have a need for accommodation in the area.

Everything perfect, great location, where we can find everything we need nearby. The city is quiet, in São Caetano do Sul we have the feeling of tranquility of a small town within a metropolis. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities for an extended stay. Attentive host, willing to resolve any issues and/or questions, giving us suggestions and tips whenever we need it. We spent two and a half months and had a very satisfying experience. I will definitely stay another time. Great value for money. Recommended!

Loft very beautiful , clean and with everything you need...the view in the city of the balcony is wonderful... great location, really close to everything...Host always reactive and perfect in passing the information...the very practical Check-in and Checkout...was really all above the expectations and with a great value.
