Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

We had an excellent time in Santa Barbara, and especially enjoyed the hot tub! It was easy to just relax.

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the sister property next door multiple times over the past 11 years. Clare has always been responsive, professional, and kind. Any time we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. The property has the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, and the courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach!

This house was perfect for our family. All the rooms are on the top floor and living space on the bottom floor. The beds are really firm but not terrible. The kids loved going in the Jacuzzi and having the garage space and outdoors to ride their scooters and use their toys, and we felt good about them being safe since there is a gate at the street. It is so convenient to walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, bakeries, etc. That is the major plus about this house -- the location! Would definitely stay here again.

This listing was perfect for our group, and everything was as stated on the listing. It was very private and spacious, with a wonderful view of Goleta. I would highly recommend it!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. We really enjoyed our Santa Barbara vacation. We particularly loved how close the house is to the nature reserve with beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean.
