Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place.

Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The property although is centrally, far from the noisy, crowded and dusted Santa Teresa. In the middle of a lush tropical garden IS IN THE JUNGLE AS IN ALL SANTA TERESA IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE MUNICIPALITY OF WILL CUT OUT WATER OR ELECTRICITY IN GENERAL FOR NO LONGER THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS

Our property is right on the beach, near to Hotel FlorBlanca, a short walk to nearest surf break. At low tide there are rock pools for exploring and snorkeling. Sunsets are amazing! If you love the outdoors, you'll love this house because it's very open to the elements, the sea breeze flows straight through and there is plenty of wildlife around. The house is full of rustic charm and perfect for couples, families (kids will love it but beware of steep stairs) and any adventurous travelers.

This spliy-level house is our most unique villa, with seamless integration of outdoor and indoor spaces. Casa Romantica has a fully equipped kitchen,indoor dinning area, comfortable living room and outdoor dining and lounge area perched on a spacious deck. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
