Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The property although is centrally, far from the noisy, crowded and dusted Santa Teresa. In the middle of a lush tropical garden IS IN THE JUNGLE AS IN ALL SANTA TERESA IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE MUNICIPALITY OF WILL CUT OUT WATER OR ELECTRICITY IN GENERAL FOR NO LONGER THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS
