Peg is wonderful. She’s professional while also being kind, generous, and friendly 🙂 I’ve now stayed at both her “Owl House” and the “Casa Picoflor.” They’re similarly charming and well maintained. I’d recommend to everyone!* * - With just 2 exceptions: 1) those who wish to do lots of cooking with a lot of food prep, since counter space next to stove is limited, and 2) those who have difficulty driving on narrow roads, as there’s a ~1/2-mile stretch that won’t fit 2 cars side by side

Benicia can be expensive- this rental was worth the value for us. Easy to get around and check in - close to everything. Private and quiet. Good WiFi ! Flexible when I messed up my own reservations. Cheers, Angela & John

The condo in Silverado resort was beautifully appointed and spotless. Our host was friendly and responsive and made our stay a delight. The location along the fairway provided a great view and very relaxing. We’d stay again without hesitation!

A great little place to stay in San Rafael, looks exactly like the photos. It’s totally self contained and has everything you need, stocked with all basic items so I was set up straight away and was well equipped and comfortable during my entire stay. Amazing location, very close to all the shops, transport hub and fabulous walking in the hills behind. Laura was great on liaising before and during my stay on anything I needed, but my time there was made so much more special by the wonderful Aileen who owns the place - she’s so welcoming, turned up with the most delicious hot pumpkin bread on my first day and was an absolute angel throughout my time there - I had a few personal things going on during my stay and she was an absolute rock, going way beyond any expectation I had of a host, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful month at your place :)

Karla is the host you want all hosts to be. Communicative, addressed questions quickly, all amenities listed were actually available. She’s great. After my first month’s stay, I booked for an additional month, for a total of 4 months, because I was so comfortable. The other Airbnb guests in other studio and shared units in the building were quiet and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Karla.

A very peaceful remote visit. The stars are bright and the trees are tall, this spot has very lovely views of rolling hills covered in evergreens, & redwoods! The birds are flying high in the contra costa county sky. This was a very pleasant stay, I had everything I needed to make me feel complete. Thank you SUPER HOSTESS!

We had a great stay at Bob's place. The location was very walkable even with the hills and accessible to museums, park, the bus depot, and even Trader Joe's ( a bit further). He was very responsive to our needs from small (providing a blender) to big. We had a leaky toilet and he came down right away to check it out. It was resolved quickly and he made sure that we were happy with the accommodations. Appreciate that- especially since it was in the evening time. This spot worked perfect for our needs and Bob was very accommodating. I would come again.

We love The Meritage and Vino Bello resort! I didn't want to leave Anna's place- has everything: full kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, and jetted bathtub! For a relaxing setting, it is the perfect stay for just you or you and loved ones in Napa! I especially like dining at Olive and Hay (the on-site restaurant)- try the burrata, meat balls for small plates and the Lamb Ragu for the main!Yumm!! We'll def be back!

Traci's place was perfect for our girl's Napa trip! Great location to downtown and everything you need. The place was better than pictured - it was nice, clean, and full of amenities - including a polaroid camera to use which was a great extra touch. She was easy to communicate with and went above to make sure our trip was perfect. Highly recommend this place and Traci as a host!

Candi was proactive and went to great length to ensure we had a good time while visiting our daughter. We'll definitely stay here again.

The place was wonderful, easy to find, great location and in immaculate condition. We were beyond thrilled with how everything was set up for us upon arrival until the moment we departed. We don’t visit Sonoma often. We haven’t been in 5 years, but we will hope and keep our fingers crossed the next time we come that this place will be available for us again! Thank you so much!

Leah’s place was just what we needed. A large affordable apartment near downtown Martinez that was easily walkable. Leah was super responsive with all our inquiries and helped us out a lot. Great stay.

This is a lovely apartment on the lower level of the owners hillside home with broad views of the neighborhood and nature. It's a short downhill walk into Fairfax's cute downtown and an even shorter walk to the amazing natural grocery store - Good Earth. Each day we would go venture out into the numerous outdoor locations in Marin - Point Reyes, Mt Tam, Marin headlands, Angel Island, etc. Highly recommend this spot!

Ana's place was great, quiet, great amenities, great location, very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This was a great find with great amenities! Just as described by Ashley on her listing! Grounds were beautiful and the best part is that you get to use all the amenities of the Meritage Resort! What stood out the most was Ashley’s friendly and responsive messages! She was quick to answer all my questions and even called to confirm the reservation on check in day which I really appreciated! I hope to be back here soon!

The host was terrific. We ran the Napa marathon and could not get back to the air BNB before check out. He kindly extended our stay which I greatly appreciate!!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

We were heading up north for our son's/ brother's wedding and really needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath place for us so my wife and daughter could each have their space to get ready. Riley's place provided that and more. Everything was very nice and homey, it helped us to just relax. Riley had a lot of little additions also that were perfect, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, etc, plus the kitchen had all the neccessary items to make ourselves at home instead of always eating out. The linen closet was well stocked with extra towels and bedding. It was very clean and well taken care of. Riley's communication was both proactive in getting us all the needed info before having to ask for anything upon arrival and also, once there, a quick response to any questions. As a family, we enjoyed the stay very much and would without hesitation book this place again should we be back in the area. Thanks for helping us relax during a hectic family week.

Great place to stay for visiting wineries especially in the south part of Napa valley. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean, quiet, restful place to stay after a day visiting local attractions. Highly recommend, especially for the value. Includes a covered parking area, and nice outside patio overlooking the golf course.

Check in was simple, and Yessica showed the place off. The studio has all the amenities and is very private/cozy. Highly recommend a visit!!

This is our 2nd trip with my family to they Wyndham in Windsor. We have 5 kids, one being an infant, and it was spacious enough for us all with TONS of amenities to keep us all occupied. We absolutely love the pool, the huge sand volleyball pit, the outdoor shuffleboard, and all of the games, coloring, pool table, ping pong, and arcade games by the lobby. Yes it is a timeshare place and they may ask you to watch a seminar, but they aren't all over you like other places we've been. We will be back many times in the years to come.

Bello Vino is a great location for exploring Napa and the Valley. As a timeshare property the accommodations are managed like a hotel, but the "rooms" are like small apartments--bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchen. Janette was a pleasure to work with. Her communications were great, check-in was seamless and stress-free. An A++ experience all the way around. Will definitely stay again next year when my conference rolls around! Thank you!!

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.
