I want to thank Mrs. Noely and her son, they were attentive to me since my arrival in Chimbote. The very good internet that I was able to work easily without problems. Flexible check-in and check-out helped me a lot. The terrace was also my ideal place to work Highly recommended for a visit between friends or with a partner. I will actually be back.

There are very few high quality places in Chimbote to rent. This is the best place we have stayed so far. You get a whole well equipped apartment for yourself. It feels like home ! All of the furniture is of a high quality, as they used to make it (it is heavy wood). TV in every room. 3 toilets !! Despite there being only 5 apartments, there is someone here 24 hours a day to help with anything. Everything works (not a given for off the beaten track Peru). It's a wonderful space. Oh, and the location : it's in a gated community just to the side of town. All of that hectic down the road, but here, the birds sing and about 5 cars pass each hour. Lovely. The cooker is brilliant, 6 hobs ! 150 meters from the sea. It's not a 5* hotel, but you will be living here like the top 2% of people in Chimbote. If you remember that, enjoy it for what it is, and that you are in the outback of a 3rd world country you will be massively happy here.

José Antonio upgraded me to a bigger room, it was really comfortable and clean. The whole family there was very helpful and always responsive! Highly recommended

I recommend it, I had a good stay. Points in favor: + The apartment has a garage. + It is centrally located. + Good internet connection. + It is fully equipped. It also has a washing machine, something that isn't mentioned in the Airbnb listing. On the other hand, Vicente helped us check in a few hours earlier. Thank you.
