Close to the beach, the area is quiet and everything you need is just a step away: pharmacy, shops, restaurants. In addition, the apartment has an elevator, which is a plus when you go with older people or infants. A place to go back to.

The unit had everything my friends and I needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The furniture was comfortable. Amazing views of the city. It gets breezy on the the 13th floor so that keeps the apartment cooler. The building staff are very friendly and the location feels 100% safe. The WiFi router is in an adjoining apartment so the signal is weak in the bedrooms but fine in the dining/living room. One tip - if you don't have hot water, check the breakers by the refrigerator in the kitchen.

I went with my family, wife, son and my little Jack Russell and we were very happy with Maria Elena's apartment: clean, spacious, comfortable, good ventilation, nice terrace, spacious kitchen and dining room. Close to the pier, a quiet, safe area. The kindness, closeness of María Elena and her assistant, very helpful and cordial. Thank you very much!

Claudia is a very good host and excellent attention to doubts, about the very clean, spacious, tidy accommodation and is located close to shops. We enjoyed the stay and will be back on a next occasion.

Excellent view, class A-1, a very clean place, exactly as shown in the photos, very nice. I loved it. A place with very good ventilation, security in the area, and there are many places to go out, just walking. And very good clubs around that you can go to on foot or by taxi, no more than 5 minutes. I would stay here again since I felt very comfortable. In addition, the host was always attentive to us, until check-out, so thank you Paul, it was a pleasure, and of course I will recommend it to my friends 🙏

Amazing accommodation, the place is very accessible, with a variety of nearby places to have lunch and enjoy a nighttime snack. The accommodation was clean, tidy and very cozy, the balcony adds an extra value to the stay. Pedro was always very attentive, concerned and flexible so that we could enjoy our stay. Excellent host.

Olga and Eduardo are really wonderful hostsess. All the time very ambles my solicitors before any order, the spectacular view of the family and friendly atmosphere , super recommends this place is fantastic in every aspect.
