We had an amazing experience staying here. The place is clean and beautiful. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping space given that there were 12 of us including kids. The host is also very flexible and accommodating. Plus points for their clean restrooms, pool and the overall place smells good. We will surely come back here and recommend to our friends. ❤️

The host is very responsivr with my queries! She even gave us a welcome gift. It was a beautiful place. loved the waterfall with two turtles in the backyard. Nanay Nemia wss soooo sweet. When we were loading our cab to leave, she came out of the house three times with things we forgot!

The place is very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. The landlady's assigned caretakers are always available to assist for anything. The location is easy to find for grab deliveries. The parking allocation was helpful to secure our car.

Such a clean and relaxing place to stay at. The ambience was top notch. Desserie is VERY responsive and helpful, we left an item at the unit and Desserie was keen to help us. She was also kind enough to be flexible with the check out. If you're looking for a place to stay around North Caloocan I definitely recommend this place!

Our stay in the unit was great. It's equipped with everything that we need. It has fairy and neon lights that make you feel so much at home. However, there are few items that were missing like cleaning materials such as mops, brooms, etc. But for sure, they'll provide them when you request for it. We did not request for it since we made sure that we clean up everything in the unit. Overall, the host was very responsibe which is a big big factor. Hoping to try their other units too 😊

Been here on AirBnB for some years now, and Jo's place has (so far) been the first one that has a well kempt knife (i carry a kitchen knife with me because places with sharp ones are rare) and a working oven! we got to bake synonym rolls! we planned on eating out at BGC but stayed in because i enjoyed using the kitchen too much.

The studio was cozy and clean, the neighborhood seemed safe and peaceful with friendly neighbors too. I don’t have any major complaints as everything was just as advertised and my requirements (wifi, aircon, tv, kitchen w/ fridge&micowave, hot shower) were satisfied. The price seems pretty reasonable to me as well. Only the laundry service was temporarily unavailable, but I can’t complain about that either since Rose kindly took the time to show me to a nearby (probably <5mins on foot) laundry shop, which worked diligently yet quickly, and for a really fair price as well. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone traveling either alone or as a couple.

My friends loved the place. It was really spacious. It’s like a dream house for me. Simple but very classy. Their helpers were really accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It’s great that they have bathrooms to each room. I also appreciate that they have all kinds of kitchen and dining needs like plates, utensils even big bowls and glass trays. We may have ordered our foods thru grab but because of their glass trays it looked so classy. The waters on the bathrooms were running really good as well. I was a bit worried regarding the floor because most of our guests wore their shoes from outside so it got quiet dirty. I would like to recommend some indoor slippers for guests. My sister has a transient house in tagaytay and that’s what they do there to avoid dirty floors. Again I would like to say Thank you to Tara and Monica for their wonderful place. Also to Ate Angie and Ate Mitch for assisting us. My friend said she’ll book your place again with her friends 😊.

In my family's 4 weeks stay both in Capitol Manor A & B, I found both houses to be very cozy, homey and clean. Rooms are spacious. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They would regularly check on us especially after the heavy rain. They were very kind and generous enough to provide us the goods and necessities we needed when we couldn't get out of the house due to heavy rains and flood, truly very caring for their guests, I must say. I highly recommend this place. I would give the host an excellent rating.

We (9 people) held our Christmas Party here, it was great! ✅ Complete amenities ✅ Clean and nice bathrooms with bidets ✅ Lots of beds and rooms ✅ Karaoke available ✅ Complete kitchenware and even an air fryer! ✅ Parking space ✅ Secure, quiet neighborhood There was a village christmas party happening right by the court beside the house, but the noise didn't really reach inside. Gabriel gave clear instructions prior to our check in which was very helpful and assisted us w/ our concerns during and even after our stay. Definitely recommended for groups of 9+! You'll love how spacious (and air-conditioned) it is even on the ground floor.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house truly felt like home, with all the comforts we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. We will definitely book again on our next trip to the Philippines.
