Condo vacation rentals in Santa Maria Navarrese

Small house on the ground floor in the peaceful companion, the house is very pretty with a beautiful little garden, very clean, very complete kitchen equipment, very rustic and charming real wooden furniture, supermarket and pharmacy in the neighborhood. We were able to visit the Baunei coast on a boat tour from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese a 30min drive from the accommodation.

Cristina is an excellent host, always attentive to any questions or requests. The spacious, bright, clean, noise-free apartment full of details that made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Staying with Maria and her husband was just amazing! They are incredibly friendly and loving hosts who truly care about the well-being of their guests. From the beginning, I was warmly welcomed and everything was explained to me in detail. The apartment is in pristine condition – very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you might need. Especially the large bathroom with washing machine was a plus. The location of the apartment is also excellent, with lots of amenities close by. I felt completely comfortable and welcome and can highly recommend this apartment. I will definitely be happy to come back again! Many thanks to Maria and her husband for the wonderful hospitality!!

Outstanding location. Comfortable and cozy ground floor apartment. Outside is a covered patio with plastic table and four chairs and a free-standing laundry drying rack. Loved the scent of blooming gardenias nearby planted in a pot. Wonderful stay and very responsive host.

Upon arriving at the property, it was clear to us that this vacation would be perfect, Rosa welcomed us personally. She was super warm, helpful and nice. As a welcome, there were small snacks such as crossaints, sweets, eggs, and many more. She explained the most important things you need to know in Sardinia. We immediately felt comfortable in the spacious apartment, the apartment was very clean, there was nothing to complain about. Rosa provided everything important from shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products, plasters, beach towels to any kitchen utensils you need, there is nothing lacking. Surroundings are quiet and a 5-minute walk to the shopping street with restaurants and bars. The beautiful beach of Orri is only a 7 minute drive away. Rosa was always there for us during the trip as a contact, she helped us when our car had a breakdown. Thanks for everything Rosa, we will definitely come back <3

We stayed 12 days in Rita's apartment,we had a really good time, a clean house equipped with everything you need,Rita was very kind to welcome us, giving us all the necessary information, she also made us find a bottle of fresh water in the fridge! Surely when we return to this area we will keep this house in mind, very close to the center and the beautiful beaches!!!

Accommodation matching the description, super clean. Perfectly functional, large outdoor courtyard, new washing machine and dishwasher, possibility of barbecue. Well stocked with linens, beds, and a kitchen. Despite the lack of air conditioning and the heat outside, the accommodation was well isolated and felt great (also due to the location of the town of Bainei) Great location, lots of beautiful beaches and activities nearby Cozy and helpful owners. Excellent value for money Highly recommended, definitely to come back

We are four adults and stayed from August 5 to 15 ,2023. The apartment, on the second floor, spacious and well furnished, is located on the hill with a garden and a vineyard around. The view is great. The ventilation of the apartment is perfect, so that we never needed to turn on the air conditioners. The owners have always been very kind and welcoming. There are 5 or 6 beaches nearby, made of sand and rock within a few minute drive. We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.

We had very nice days in Maria's apartment. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Maria had provided us with a few things in the fridge, which were tailored to our personal situation. From the large balcony, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The bed is comfortable. And the kitchen superbly equipped. A supermarket is available right next to it. Beach bar, ice cream parlor, restaurants and playground are also within walking distance. Maria is super responsive and responds quickly. It was a lovely time at her place. Thank you again for that.

Gianfranco's apartment is in the center, in a very convenient location a short walk from the supermarket. Despite the size, there's really everything, including the washing machine, and the bed is super comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a whole week of rain, which made it a little damp, since it's on one side. Overall, we had a great time, though.

Gianfranco was always courteous and provided us with excellent information right from the start, promptly answering any questions we had. The property in the olive grove is beautifully situated, and the small staff we occasionally encountered was very friendly. It was a wonderful place to relax, and it also served as an ideal base for day trips.

When we arrived, the place was tidy and clean, equipped with towels and sheets! The residence is a place really suitable for tranquility! Equipped with garden, barbecue and pool, we really relaxed! Helpful tip: Equip yourself with mosquito spray!

We had wonderful days at Rita's place. Very hospitable, attentive, nice pool and great service: towel change, breakfast, communication. There are very nice beaches in the area (about 15-20 minutes). Our favorite beach was Spiaggia Cea with fine sand and nice bar. Restaurant tip: Mullò in Triei

This was our second stay at Nicolas’s place and exactly like last year everything was just perfect! We couldn’t have asked for more! Nicolas is the kindest host I have ever came across. Always very helpful & responsive. The location is extremely peaceful you can be sure will be able to rest & relax in a beautiful surrounding. In the restaurant placed in the resort you will find very good food, local wine and everything is delicious 👌🏻Pool is awesome, hours of fun in the sunshine! We will definitely be coming again next year to truly enjoy our summer holidays! Thank you Nicolas for hosting us yet again!

What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around.
