Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Antonio’s place! We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Beautiful beaches and some great restaurants are in walking distance. The location is really quiet and peaceful. Also the communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place with a lot of space!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

We had very nice days in Maria's apartment. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Maria had provided us with a few things in the fridge, which were tailored to our personal situation. From the large balcony, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The bed is comfortable. And the kitchen superbly equipped. A supermarket is available right next to it. Beach bar, ice cream parlor, restaurants and playground are also within walking distance. Maria is super responsive and responds quickly. It was a lovely time at her place. Thank you again for that.

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

Well-equipped, pretty and cool house thanks to the stone walls and Venetian shutters, not to mention air conditioning if needed. The environment is very quiet and nice, the terrace is great, the view is amazing and the pool too! Be careful, the location can be difficult to find, especially when arriving at night.

Really cool place with the beautiful pool... mountain views... and right across from a beach. Plus, if you rent a car, so much within driving distance to see. If you're there in the off season, could be too quiet and you have to drive for shopping.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. We were able to get into the house a little earlier, were received very nicely and everything was explained to us well in English, there was also a number on where you could get in touch if something was missing. The house is tip top, very clean and well furnished, nothing is missing. A small supermarket is right next door and the beautiful beach with beach bar, volleyball court about 200 m away on foot. For us, it was a very nice, relaxing time. Thanks very much to both of you.

Our stay at this place was just fantastic! The apartment was excellent and exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was clean, modern, and well equipped. The location was right on the beach and nice and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the magnificent service on site. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. He gave us valuable tips on local attractions and restaurants that made our stay even more memorable. The property itself offered everything you need for a perfect vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room cozy and welcoming, the pool clean and refreshing. We felt like at home from the first moment. I can fully recommend this place and look forward to our next stay. It was truly a perfect vacation!

All4Sardinia is extremely helpful, responsive and flexible! The appartment we stayed in was exactly what we expected with stunning views, close to the sea and a nice pool for a later dip! 5-star service from All4Sardinia!

We (grandma, my two boys 9/12 and I) felt immediately comfortable. We got "instructions" on how to get there and were able to park outside the door. Right on the steeply sloping beach - a paradise for my boys to romp and jump. When the waves were strong, swimming was too dangerous. But there were many shallow, other beaches nearby. The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately. Thanks again for the extra linens. Sometimes a little light-hearted in the bedroom to the bathroom of the neighbors and also the morning garbage disposal could be heard - but that has nothing to do with the apartment. The terrace is a dream with the morning sun and the sea view.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Villa Loddo 1. Although it was very warm outside, the house was relatively fresh inside. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Two of the bedrooms are much bigger than we expected and the views are stunning! The walk to the beach is nice and short and the smells from the fruit trees adds to the pleasure. We fell in love with Ogliastra and hope to return soon. We would definitely stay at Villa Loddo again .

Guiseppe is really kind. Whenever something did not work, he quickly offered help and got everything going. He is very approachable and funny. Full recommendation..

The accommodation is beautifully located, you only walk a short distance and are right on a great local beach. Also Giuseppina's recommendations were very helpful. We would have liked a dishwasher and a second bathroom, but those are small things. We enjoyed it there! Thanks a lot.☺️

Outstanding location. Comfortable and cozy ground floor apartment. Outside is a covered patio with plastic table and four chairs and a free-standing laundry drying rack. Loved the scent of blooming gardenias nearby planted in a pot. Wonderful stay and very responsive host.

Great location, spacious and cozy apartment. We were welcomed with a wine bottle and local cakes. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and the apartment has a homey and rustic touch. Great terrace overlooking the sea. Short distance to the beach. The waves can make noise and it can get cold inside but there is a pellet fireplace that provides good heat. All you need of kitchen equipment, towels etc. We came out of season (April) but there are several eateries and shops nearby. Also recommend Pedra longa, nice hiking trails! We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosa's place. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, there's also a dishwasher :) Check-in and check-out were flexible, and Rosa showed us everything. Rosa and Antonio were always reachable by mobile phone and responded very quickly. Rosa is a great hostess. A big plus was the beautiful outdoor shower, so we can only agree with the other reviews. There are two indoor bathrooms, too. However, we did not need the interior showers because of the great outdoor shower. Beach is just behind the house in less than two minutes walk. Diving goggles and umbrellas, beach toys are also all there. Great barbecue at the outdoor kitchen. Generally very well maintained garden area with beautiful also shaded seating options as well as great planting and herbs for cooking. Huge fridge and beautiful kitchen. The air conditioning in the bedroom has also done us good service.
