Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this bungalow, we can truly recommend it! Norberta and her family take care of the place and made us feel very much at home, answering all our questions and helping us where she could. Our kids loved playing with their two sons and there is no other place with such a view from the kitchen and your bungalow. Cooking while watching the waves crash into shore and the sun is setting, AMAZING!

It's a beautiful complex full of great dogs, local fauna, and friendly hosts. Private and well taken care of. We felt very comfortable asking for what we needed; just bear in mind that the advance notice for food service is necessary to make as far in advance as possible...however, Nico went out of his way (the day before our arrival) to have someone there to cook for us. This was very nice given that the complex is quite remote and the restaurants at Roca Blanca stop service quite early (breakfast and lunch only).

This place is a little paradise on earth. It is so peaceful and beautiful, the cabanñas are awesome - clean and cozy. We had a direct view on the ocean, spotted whales and flying sting rays, saw amazing sunsets and sunrises and could completely relax. Nathan is a great host, we will definitely be back.

Everything was very nice, the host wrote to me half an hour before to make sure the check-in instructions were clear. The house was spotless in a slightly withdrawn area of civilization, good and bad because there are no shops nearby but there is a lot of privacy and tranquility. I work remotely and the internet was very good, no complaints. In the refri and alacenas there were food and spices, which helped me enough to prepare a rich dinner. If I had to look for something bad for her it would just be that the pool had quite a few leaves, bees and insects but it became normal and out of the host's control since there are many trees and some give shade which is very good because the sun was something strong. The water also smelled a little funny and I'm a bit fussy with those things but that's just for digging. I really loved me and my partner, we definitely recommend it and will be back some other time 🙌

BEAUTIFUL. Just note that this place is very rural, and you are removed from many resources, but if you have been to Mexico before and are comfortable traveling, you should be fine. Norbetta and her son Elias were amazing, just awesome and comforting. The location of this Airbnb, which is settled right on the beach, is perfect for a getaway with friends or family.

I've had a blast staying at El Cacalote at Angel's place. It is so beautiful, peaceful and amongst nature. A garden full of palmtrees, outside showers with the view of the moon and stars right above you, the sunrise view waking me up every morning, the sounds of birds during the day and insects and waves at night. The internet is also amazing and allowed me to work when I needed during my stay. Angel is so friendly, kind, nice, responsive and helpful. I've loved staying here so much that after a week away I came back ! Definetely recommend if you want an isolated spot near the beach, surrounded by nature. It's been my highlight of my trip for sure ! :) Muchas gracias por todo, lo agradezco mucho

Recommend 100%. Expansive private beachfront property, incredible at dawn. Simple natural building and accommodation. Large kitchen and dining area. Very friendly atmosphere. Personally, from what I saw of the village cabanas, or the more ‘resort style’ places on the road, Shanti Lanka is a better choice, especially if you’re over 30. The collectivo runs regularly, at least every hour, from 8-6 to and from the village, and takes 5 minutes, or it’s a nice 30 min walk to the laguna for swimming.

A two-story beach house with a thatched roof is positioned amidst sandy surroundings. Large glass doors on the ground floor provide natural light and views of the exterior landscape. Palm trees and a serene atmosphere complete the coastal setting.

Great stay. Incredible spot. Really unique and beautiful location. Place was clean tidy and host was helpful. Only constructive feedback is that the stated 2nd bed is just a sofa bed which isn’t very comfortable to sleep on.
