Waterfront vacation rentals in Santa Maria

We love the stay. Nina was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is great for a couple, calm and perfect for a holiday in Santa Maria. We felt at home.

Nice stay right in the heart of Santa Maria, in the main street and close to everything. The apartment is practical, not very well equiped (the kitchen in particular, and no wifi) but if you don't plan on cooking it's okay. Overall I recommend !

We would like to thank Han for the great organization, she was very helpful in checking in & out, sent us a very friendly taxi driver. The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes away from the center and very large and spacious, as indicated in the pictures. We would like to thank you a lot and can only recommend it. Absolutely beautiful, private house. Had everything you needed inside but the outside was stunning not only downstairs but on the terrace upstairs. Just listening to the waves was fantastic. The property was centrally located with lots of bars and restaurants. Many mini markets about and also a beautiful patisserie. There was a lovely clean pool in beautifully kept gardens with friendly security guards.

A really nice, clean four bed apartment in a luxury resort in Sal. It was nice to be on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and the air conditioning on hot nights was welcome. There is good provision in the apartment for self catering, but I would recommend negotiating all inclusive at the resort reception, for my short stay with friends already at the resort it worked out perfectly. The resort provides access to two main pools and two small pools for younger children, plus access to the beach. There was no issue with obtaining sun beds during my stay (November). The resort and the island feels safe and relaxed. There isn’t a lot to see on the island, I managed to get around it all on a day trip (I recommend Reis Transport Services Sal Experience, Ronnie was great and provided a great insight into the island and island life). After that you can just relax in the sun, snorkel or kite surf! I had a great stay, thanks to Stephen for his hospitality.

The apartment is located inside the Porto Antigo 2 complex with 24-hour surveillance, a nice pool/garden and in a strategic position directly on the beach and a stone's throw from the pedestrian area of Santa Maria. The apartment is clean, cozy and well furnished. The view from the balcony of the pool and the sea is very nice. I didn't meet the host in person but he's always helpful and thoughtful. I can recommend this place to stay.

Great location! Pleasant accommodation, spacious, and very good communication with the host. Perfect for those who get up early, because at 8am, the loc agency under your windows will try its 20 scooters.

Lovely place that had everything and more than what we needed. Would love to come back!

we've just come home from a fabulous family holiday at Agnes beautiful front line villa. We all felt very comfortable in the villa home from home. Kitchen is very well equipped and had a washer and dishwasher which was an added bonus, beds were very comfortable and it was lovely to have 6 sunbeds all to ourselves! It was very busy around the communal pool. Air conditioning was essential and worked well as did the wifi Agnes also provided fans and organised a taxi for us and we were able to have a late check out which was very much appreciated. Taxis are readily available at the hotel into Santa Maria. Two lovely bars are bar Marley and Bikini Beach fabulous food although was a little noisy on Saturday night. All in all a fabulous time was had on Sal lots of amazing experiences for our grandson Joey thank you Agnes for your hospitality.

The villa is a great location , we where within minutes to kite each or town and if you surf , ponta preta is a world class break right in front of your villa ! We had a great week !

Bibis place is perfect or kitesurfers, with a backyard, not faar from the town centre with many high qualitiy restaurants.

We stayed here for about a week of kitesurfing. The apartment is nicely situated a bit away from the hubbub of the main street but still everything is reachable easily by foot. It is simple and clean and equipped with everything we could wish for (including clothes pegs😉). Guille was super responsive and very helpful throughout our whole stay! Now all we need is more holidays to come back!

A very nice building with beautiful flowers outside the house. It's been photographed a lot. The great terrace with the unobstructed view of the sea, a dream. I felt right at home. The location is priceless. Everything within walking distance. I would gladly come back.

The apartment was exactly as described and was in a good location .Mirian and the on site support Helena was both very responsive to queries and messages and did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend-so much so we have immediately booked to return to another of Mirians apartments soon.

Lovely apartment that is exactly as described in the pictures. The resort is also very nice and offers the possibility to use all all-inclusive services of the resort guests for a fee. However, we recommend taking care of yourself and eating out at the restaurants at the resort or in Santa Maria instead of booking the all-inclusive offer. Loraine was an attentive host and immediately resolved minor issues in the apartment by reorganizing the housekeeping. Overall, we can fully recommend the accommodation and Loraine as a host.
