A very large beautiful apartment in a good location. This apartment is massive by US standards, let alone European. The parking was very convenient. Tatjana was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone.

Great place! I would advise to rent a car and explore the area of Algarve, otherwise it seems a bit tough to go around. The place was excellent, huge rooms, great view, everything was organized and clean. We had no issues at any point. Excellent communication as well. Thanks a lot for the stay.

Perfect location. Accommodation far exceeded expectations as photographs are from a slightly more basic time. Everything has been thought of to provide for easy self-catering including basins and pegs for hanging clothes out. Shower rooms small but perfectly adequate. Great WiFi. Previously mentioned fan noise and restaurant smells became unnoticeable after a few hours and did not detract from our stay. Light noise from downstairs restaurants and Irish Bar but finished by later evening and the convenience of them being there far outweighed any inconvenience. The lift, entrance round the back, was clean, efficient and easy to use. Spar shop two minutes walk away for all your requirements. Tomas’s guide to restaurants, pharmacy and other amenities was very helpful.

This condo was very comfortable and easy access to the old town.

The apartment was cozy, clean and great right on the beach. Easy check in, great communication with Miguel. Highly recommended!

Top Class Spacious Apartment which contains all the amenities anyone would need for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Gard has thought of everything down to the smallest detail. It has a stunning large terrace with and incredible sea view. The location is excellent and surrounded by cafes, restaurants bars and shops and easy access to fabulous walks along the promenade. We enjoyed our stay at this authentic small Portuguese home on a quaint tiny street within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. 4 stories tall with 3rd and 4th floors open to the outside providing incredible views of the city and the ocean. Bedrooms on the second floor, bathroom on first floor and on third floor. Incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floors. Marina was wonderful to work with and responded promptly to our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Ria! The house was well equipped and has a great view of the Ria. The resort has good amenities, including restaurants and a supermarket. The beach has great accessibility with a train from the resort. I recommend to those who want to spend a few quiet days in the Algarve, even in low season!

Beautiful apartment in a very central and peaceful location in the historic parts of Tavira. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you would need. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome and at home.

We have just returned from another wonderful month in this apartment. As always it was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The host is quick to respond to questions and goes out of her way to help. She now feels like a friend. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending staying at this well situated, lovely apartment.

My family had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and parks for the kids. The balcony with a view of the water was a great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.

The apartment has a nice view over the sea if you think of the roofs of the houses for a while. It is perfectly equipped in terms of kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. The large terrace offers the opportunity to relax there, except when it rains because then the rain strikes half of the terrace inside. Breakfast, lunch and /or dinner are done on the terrace, because there is no space inside the living room, only a folding table in the kitchen. A manual and some guidelines regarding the use of appliances and house rules, where, for example, the waste has to go, would be convenient. The commissioning of the apartment happened excellently. Guidelines were given by phone and upon arrival there was someone who let us in and provided all the necessary explanations. A plus is also the underground garage where you can safely park your car. Excellent wifi, which was important to me.

We unfortunately had to move from our first accomodation very late at night. Jorge was out with friends however he sacrificed his evening to ensure we could check in immediately. We were so grateful!! He was very professional and thorough. The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, light, private and quiet. It had all the facilities we needed. The complex itself felt very safe and the pool area is lovely. Location wise its great - a 10 minute walk into both the old town and the marina. It is on a hill so its an upward climb back the apartment however there are plenty of taxis/tuktuks that can bring you back for a reasonable fee. Plus being on a hill makes for great views! We would 100% stay again and have already recommended to friends and family.

John's place was a great find. I highly recommend it. Location was great. John was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment including beach mats etc. which was a great touch. Parking was secure underground and easy to access. Overall a really great experience! I would definitely stay again.
