Very Nice location and comfortable villa

We have rented this Villa for the bachelorette weekend of a friend and it was everything we hoped for. It looks exactly like in the pictures and is insanely beautiful. it is really out in the country side, so it's very private with a beautiful pool area, a place to play volleyball, and a truly beautiful view. The house was very clean, communication worked with no delay, and Stephan was very kind, friendly and helpful for any request and question we had. Since it is a bit secluded, it is recommended to rent a car to be flexible - Ibiza and Sant Antoni are both quite close by car (and you will need it to go grocery shopping). We absolutely loved staying here and will come back for sure! Thank you so much, Stephan, Gerry and Jésus for having us!

We stayed there as a family with lots of children and we enjoyed it a lot. Great pool, nice garden and well equipped kitchen. The host and his team were very helpful and responsive. We would come back

Great house and location, we were 16 and had a great stay. The house is quite isolated, there is space for everyone. Communication was good with the host however we did not know that there was a deposit to pay on arrival until 3 days before arriving. The host was easily reachable on whatsapp and provided us with numbers for different services. All in all great experience !

Vanessa’s villa was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything has been thought of. Super comfortable beds, power showers, superb kitchen, wonderful well maintained pool, patio and gardens. Fabulous private and peaceful location close to Santa Gertrudis centre and only ever about a 20 minute drive from wherever we wanted to go. We loved our stay to celebrate my 50th birthday and hope to come back again in the future, thank you Vanessa ❤️ We accidentally left our Mac & iPad in a drawer and Vanessa has been so helpful in getting these securely back to us. We also chartered a boat through Vanessa’s husband which was a fantastic day! Again, highly recommend. A very memorable time in Ibiza 🌈

We had the most pleasurable and memorable stay in Ibiza. The pictures attached to ad do not do the property justice, we were more pleasantly surprised by the property on arrival than expected. Michele was extremely helpful and supplied us with detailed information on both the property and recommended local things to see/do. There was a small shop and pharmacy within 3 minutes walk and a lovely beach within approximately 5 minutes walk as well as restaurants, bars and other amenities very close by. Our children absolutely loved the pool which was well looked after and maintained. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Comte during the October half-term break. The house was very spacious and had a very functional layout, with a large living area and open-plan kitchen. The house manager was extremely responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome right from the beginning of our stay. Our kids loved the large garden and pool. The area is quiet and peaceful, with two beaches within walking distance. I highly recommend Villa Comte to anyone looking for a base to spend a relaxing holiday with family or a group of friends.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Bellisima just outside San Antonio! The location was perfect—close enough to the action yet tucked into a quiet, scenic neighbourhood that allowed us to relax and soak in the beautiful views. The villa was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay for our group of two families, including four teenagers. The pool was simply amazing—clean, inviting, and a hit with everyone, if a bit cold! Marc was an outstanding host; he was responsive, friendly, and full of helpful information. We especially appreciated the thoughtful photo guides he sent to help us with things like the alarm, keys, and other essentials. It made everything super easy and stress-free. Despite staying out of the main season in October, we found plenty of nearby places open and bustling, allowing us to explore and enjoy the island's charm without the summer crowds. All in all, we’d highly recommend.

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and to host family who live in the nearby town Santa Eulalia. The house was big enough for us to feel very comfortable, with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We had plenty of space to host our relatives for dinners inside and outside. The design of the kitchen is very functional and spacious. The pool area is stunning, as we loved discovering the orange trees at the bottom of the yard to make juice every morning, such a lovely experience. The views are stunning. All the necessities were there, towels, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, wine fridge, dishwasher. We felt right at home! We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Ibiza! The house itself is a bit older and doesn't have a super stylish interior. But that's totally fine because the garden and where it's located is probably one of the best places I've ever rented on Ibiza. Such a beautiful place...

14 of us stayed for a week to celebrate 8 of us turning 50 this year. It was the perfect villa for us, with 8 double rooms plus a single. It’s a really big space with everything we needed. Karen recommended a chef called Odile who came to cook for us on one evening and was fantastic. Karen was really helpful with anything we asked for, even bringing us a lamp and steamer. For the price we paid it was well worth it & I would definitely like to go back again.

Suzanne's place is just amazing, in the best area of the island in the north and close to the most amazing coves and beaches. We spent an entire week here with my friends. Inside the villa, everything is here to enjoy the spacious pool, cook on the outside terrace or enjoy the outdoor lounge with friends. The area is very quiet, the house is super modern and convenient but also very typical, warm and relaxing, surrounded by nature. The bedrooms and common areas are truly comfortable, well decorated and clean. We've been to Ibiza several years before, and it has been our best experience for now. If you need a house for you and your friends or family, I totally recommend this beautiful place. Suzanne has been so kind to us and very reactive. The villa is exactly as it looks in the description, and the human part is even better, which is priceless! Until the next time :)

The House is incredible and looks even better in real life than on the pictures! Everything is super clean and the location of the house is perfectly located near the beach. Absolutely incredible experience! Our Airbnb host was marvelous! He had an incredible eye for detail, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The fridge and kitchen were fully stocked, which was a lovely surprise! He was always available, reachable 24/7, and made sure all our needs were met. Super friendly and truly flexible with any of our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa itself is perfectly located in the heart of the island, with all the major Ibiza destinations less than 30 minutes away. It’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to explore the island. The host is a genuinely lovely person, and we felt so welcomed throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The views and house are beautiful and would book again. The howt was very friendly and welcoming. Didnt want to leave.

Jose was really responsive and helpful. The terrace and pool area is beautiful. We drank fresh orange juice from the orange trees every day! Santa Gertrudis is a really attractive and spotless town with a lovely main strip full of nice bars and shops. Our 5 and 6 year olds loved the towns play area, gelato cafe and running around! Thankyou for a wonderful 5 days!

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in and the dog from the neighbors was our little highlight. Definitely recommending to rent a car to go to other places as the location is a bit outside and mostly it’s hard to get a taxi. But all in all we had a lovely stay.
