The apartment is very nice, very conveniently located, close to everything, ideal for spending time in a group, especially because it has a foosball table and board games with which you can spend time in a group of friends. The kitchen was very nice, spacious and there was plenty of room for cooking. The air conditioning in the rooms was quite cold, and the owner of the apartment was always attentive and helpful with everything. He guided us and explained how to get to the apartment by bus, and luckily the bus from Santa Elena leaves you right outside the apartment door. Highly recommended for groups of friends.

It is the ideal airbnb to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful landscape but at the same time close to everything, it is in an excellent location. The physical space: The private room and communal areas are beautiful, cute construction, it's a cozy atmosphere, well laid out, it transmits peace. María José is hospitable, she maintains a good attitude, allowed us to check out late, this is definitely an upgrade to the experience on this airbnb. Pedro remained attentive, helpful and proactive. Thank you for everything, I will come back.

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was as indicated in the listing. Very nice place to spend time as a family. Daniela and Mrs. Mayra were always very attentive. As a recommendation, improve the pool. It's a place I'd go back to with my family!!

This Airbnb is located inside a gated community, a safe place to stay if you’re traveling in Ecuador. The beach right across is beautiful and great for walks but not really recommend going in there if you have kids with you. It’s useful to rent a car for longer stays as the house is located just outside Ballenita and there’s plenty of other beaches close by to explore. There’s a nice swimming pool in the neighborhood and a little “tienda” a few houses down, really convenient if you don’t have a ride to go back into town for basic stuff. Only thing I didn’t like was not having wifi available inside the house so be aware of it if you need it for home office. The hosts were nice and very responsive, I had a little issue at the beginning of my stay but the owner was very quick to offer a solution to the problem which I appreciate. Overall happy with the stay, thanks!
