Cabin vacation rentals in Santa Elena

It was a fantastic stay. Janice and Ed were very warm and interested, always open and took care of me immediately if I had a wish. The house was lovely, air-conditioned, with hot shower and was cleaned regularly (incl. Linen and towel change). There was fridge, stove, oven, TV. The wifi was stable so I could work well too. I was allowed to use the washing machine and got fresh mangoes from the tree. There was a pool with loungers and bar area that I had to myself most of the time. 2x in the week there was a small swimming school for children in the pool in the morning and Thai Chi and aqua gymnastics for the women in the area in the evening. So I got to know more of the local life and met very nice people who showed me the country. Janice and Ed speak English and Spanish, so that the communication worked out very well. I plan to come back and look forward to it. Thank you :)

My only suggestion to other travelers, is to consider bringing one's personal kitchenware and tableware, other than that this establishment is otherwise a truly remarkable destination.

The place is great for a relaxed family and spacious. It is comfortable and has a beautiful view. There are to do a lot of activities inside the container Very cozy to spend time with family and friends

The house is very nice, it is super clean and has many details that make a difference. It is super well located, one minute from the beach, in an area that, being Montanita, can say - it is quiet. We had some issues with the internet, but they helped us resolve it promptly and always well. I would recommend putting a stronger light inside because it's a little dark.

Nice place to get away from hustle and bustle

Beautiful surroundings. Well equipped kitchen. If we needed anything, Guillermo was happy to help and quick to respond. It's walkable to Ayampe (15 mins) and it's quiet. We really loved our time in Ayampe and wish we could have stayed longer!

The cabin is rustic, but very nice and comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, the wifi works well, the bathroom has good pressure and is quite clean, it is located above a hill that gives a beautiful view of the sea, but it makes it essential to arrive by car of your own, going down they have several shops and premises very close by, as an improvement point they should place a TV, outside of those details everything is beautiful, the host gave constant and friendly help. Recommended for family trips where they need silence.

I went for a week from Guayaquil with my boyfriend to relax by the beach and found this hidden gem. The place itself is amazingly designed, large and very comfortable with a lot of thought put into the architecture. It’s feels like you’re in an artists retreat amongst nature but is close enough to Montañita to go out to restaurants, cafes and bars. The whole property is full of trees, birds and three of the cutest most moving cats you’ll ever come a cross. We loved the open floor plan kitchen, big balcony with hammock and amazing view. I highly recommend this place for singles, couples, families, groups of friends or anyone who wants peace and quiet, walking distance to the beach and in a super safe village. Anita was very helpful in sending several numbers for taxis and tips for the area and her neighbor Andres was also very helpful.
