The house is wonderful and offers everything you need. The location is ideal for exploring Santa Cruz, as the house is only 2 minutes away from the market, so you can take care of yourself very easily and you have also hiked to the plaza in about 10 minutes. For us, it was great to return to the house for a rest, as it is wonderfully suitable for this. Hans and his wife are very friendly and helpful. You have described the house well and we found everything exactly like that. To explore Santa Cruz, we can highly recommend the house at any time!

Quiet street but right beside all you need , perfect

Daniel 10 points, always attentive to all our doubts, advised us points of interest and got us Info. The dpto is excellent, spacious the battery in the days we were just for us, it seems that those who live there do not use it. It is small but since we were alone it was enough. Great location, neighborhood of many beautiful buildings. At the condominium door the bus q x 2 bs takes you to the main plaza. I would rent the apartment again.

María's apartment is located in one of the best areas in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, it is close to one of the most important avenues so mobility is very practical. For a trip of a couple of days maximum of two people the apartment is very comfortable.
