Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Croce Camerina

We spent a wonderful month here in Jan/Feb 2025. Rudia and her husband Giovanni were always very kind and responsive, addressing any minor issues that arose during our lengthy stay. The apartment is one block (so to speak) off the main street of Modica, so you have the convenience of being very close to everything, while having the privacy of not being on the main road. We really enjoyed our time in Modica, particularly the access to great produce and food products, sold by friendly purveyors. The house has a nice kitchen setup, which allowed us to cook comfortably at home on most days. While it was a bit chilly on most days to have lunch on the terrace (it being Jan/Feb), on a few warm/sunny days we were able to do so, which was lovely. The kitchen window/door to the terrace is south facing, meaning it gets very nice sunlight in the winter. In sum, we would definitely recommend Rudia's place!

I enjoyed my one-month stay at Vittorio’s place. Vittorio is very friendly and personable. The place is close to the train/bus station so you can easily explore other cities in Sicily by public transit if you don’t have a car. It’s also close to Vittoria’s city centre. The place was clean and it has a large TV, a small kitchen and a balcony. It has fast internet and a desk so you can use it if you are working remotely. The studio is also not on the street side so it’s quiet. Recommended!

We loved Luigi‘s place, it had a very warm feeling (typical decorations from Caltagirone) and was located in a sweet side street right in the city centre. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment was super clean, equipped with everything we needed and more. Luigi installed a smart tv and lighting which is also very comfortable to lay in bed at night and watch tv in the cosy atmosphere. Luigi was very responsive and recommend us a parking space very close to the Apartment, meaning we had no hassle whatsoever. Even though we only stayed one night we would have loved to stay longer! The price for what you get is extraordinary, if we visit Sicily again we will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, and Linda was truly the star of the show! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we knew what to see in Ortigia. Her local recommendations were spot on and made our trip even more special. The apartment itself was in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area and the great market each morning at your doorstep, which we loved. Inside is a blend of ancient Sicilian charm with modern touches and great art, nice design and well equipped.

Andrea’s apartment in Ortigia was perfect for our month stay. The location was perfect. We went to all the restaurants he recommended! Andrea was kind and helpful. Thank you very much. We would love to come again.

Alverio's house is amazing! The seafront views, the light, has everything you need! Alverio was very nice, he welcomed us in person and gave some recommendations from Syracuse, very useful since it was our first time and served to locate us. Get up every day looking at the port with the boats in the sea... I wish I could stay longer! If I can, I'll definitely be back!

You can't find better, our host picked us up from the bus station after a very long flight. He was patient, caring and generous with his suggestions. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, quiet and had a charm that will leave us with very fond memories. If all apartments were like this, you could book without a second thought. Our host should have a 10-star rating, it's really deserved!

The apartment is excellent! Impeccable! And nothing is missing. All the details very well thought out!Giorgio and his family are very friendly and hospitable. I was picked up at the train station because the local bus didn't come, Paola was very cordial 🥰when I get dizzy on the way. If you are on foot, which was my case, it is not very practical as the bus passes every 1 hour, but you can download the app and know the times to move. The last bus from the Puente de Ortigia comes out 19.50! As for the noise, right now, next door is a Construction of buildings, so from very early you wake up with the machines! I love that at the conclusion there will no longer be this passing annoyance. At night it is very quiet and peaceful! I recommend this place 100%, especially if you have a car and want to be away from the intense tourist movement. Ortigia es Preciosa ! I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

This place was beyond spacious. The large size of each room, plus the separate stone dining and sitting area was a special treat. Alberto provided more amenities than any place we have ever stayed. This should be a 10 Star review. Fantastic value and super host.

Very cosy and cute villa, would definitely recommend. Has all the necessary things and the little touches make a difference (there was a wine bottle and some cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us). You will definitely need a car to get around and be aware that the entrance to the villa is narrow so if you have a bigger car it might be a bit tricky. Overall the villa was nice and we felt at home straight away.

This is a really lovely ground floor apartment. It is ideally located in lovely Ortigia 2 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everything the area has to offer. What the apartment lacks in direct sunlight it makes up for in charm and elegance. We had a lovely time.

We loved this elegant apartment. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Centrally located and within easy walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, attractions and small supermarket. Host was quick to respond to any queries and helpful with organising parking but be aware driving in the narrow streets of Ortigia is challenging.

Stefania was a wonderful host: she gave us lots of fun information on things to do and see in the area. Jimmy the caretaker was very friendly and so helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to the house and he helped us arrange someone to come and help us. The cleaners came 5 days a week and cleaned up the kitchen and made up the rooms which was a lovely edition. They were so obliging when we told them our teenagers like to sleep in and changed their time to come in the afternoons which was great. The house was wonderful. The pool was gorgeous and there was a lovely bbq area to sit and eat and watch the magical sunset. I would recommend the house for families with teenagers as the rooms were off a courtyard which meant each room was private and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

We had a great time staying at Airbnb. Good amenities, good location and Valeria is super friendly and gave many tips. We booked a parking space in the parking garage through Valeria, which also worked out great. We will be back!

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Beautiful location. Close to lots of places to eat. Lots to see in the town. The place was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there!

The place is beautifully set up with some points of interest very attentive and a pleasant stay The house has heating, just when using electricity, you can only use one stove in the kitchen

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.

Fantastic location close to the Marina and piazza, shops, restaurants and beaches. Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely apartment and very clean. Thank you Guido and Maddy.
