Sea-scented house

How to be at home; hospitality, courtesy and cleanliness the main features! Strategic area to get around with many markets nearby. Enza has always been available and friendly... I recommend!

House 2 meters from the sea between Marzamemi and Portopalo

FrancescaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
It was a wonderful experience, Emma and Tino are wonderful people available, we were very well received. The house has everything you need, you don't have to think about anything, from beach towels to toothbrushes to everything you need to cook... We were also able to try the typical products of the place thanks to the basket they left us... I hope to be able to return soon

Beautiful House on the Sea

SergioRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Letizia’s home was very well equipped and modern. Direct access to the beach during the day and the view of Etna at night were fantastic. The location was private and easy to get to. The surrounding neighborhood was not very attractive. However some of the new homes under construction indicate that it is an up and coming neighborhood. Letizia and her nephew were extremely responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a beach front villa in Sicily, I would recommend Letizia’s home.

Large and very comfortable clean cottage. The villa was also equipped with all comforts, from the washing machine to the dishwasher, spacious and clean. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk away, among the most beautiful in the area. Finally, Floriana is always attentive and very helpful for every need. Wonderful stay.

CASA LINA with 3 bedrooms and terrace

AndrewRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We really enjoyed our four nights at Casa Lina over Easter weekend visiting family in Canicattini. Casa Lina is in an ideal location in the center of town with easy parking right outside the apartment for our rental car. Canicattini is a very small and very safe, friendly town with not a lot to do, but is great location to visit Syracusa , Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa and Palazzolo to name a few towns. It is a short, easy ride on the freeway from Catania airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi service and all the amenities that we needed, but we spent almost all our time in town with family and so we basically just slept and showered there.

Terraced house 350 mt from the sea, free parking

MaurizioRating, 5 stars8 months ago
For over 10 years we have stayed in many beautiful Airbnb homes, around Europe, and I must admit, with a touch of pride, that the Italian/Sicilian hospitality of the host Emilia was the best ever received. Not only was the house very clean and particularly comfortable, but the attention we received from Emilia made our vacation wonderful. All hosts usually just recommend restaurants in the area while Emilia shared her love for Val di Noto with us, suggesting how to best enjoy the Sicilian Baroque, hiking itineraries, hidden beaches, and related free parking, and then ending at the best pastry shops and farms where you can taste the best cannoli with fresh ricotta. There were 4 of us and we spent a week in Ragusa and a week in Syracuse. After moving to a new home in Syracuse, Emilia sent us photos of beaches and oases to visit in the Syracuse area too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

At Rita's house

RERating, 5 stars7 months ago
Exactly what we wanted. After a long flight, we knew we wanted a private, quiet space, with gorgeous views, and access to the ocean and a pool - and that is exactly what we got. It was serene. Rita and Sebastiano were easy to communicate with, and check in was a breeze. The apartment has the cutest touches. I love the decor. The porch is perfect to relax and read and enjoy the sun rise. The plants are very impressive. The view of Etna, stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we made all our meals. The walk to the water is easy, and the ladder to the sea, makes it so easy to get in and out. The pool is deep and the cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. And finally, I’m a cat lover, so was so happy to meet the neighborhood kitties and have them greet us. A wonderful stay!
An open layout is shown, featuring a kitchenette with light cabinetry and a dining table covered in a polka-dot tablecloth. A wooden staircase leads to an upper level, while a beaded curtain separates the kitchen area from the living space.

Portopalo studio apartment in Capo Passero

Although I arrived earlier than planned, Corrado and her English-speaking son were there in a short time. Completely nice and helpful. I enjoyed the apartment in the middle of the village, with free parking right in front of the entrance. The first night in the middle of cooking, the gas bottle was empty. It took less than 15 minutes and I was able to continue cooking with new gas. I would come back.

Villa 8 Orsa Maggiore

The place is absolutely awesome. In 5 minutes by foot by the sea. The fact that it is not located directly on the beach has a lot of front parts in the evening, for noise levels, etc. The equipment of the accommodation is also impeccable. Above all, the outdoor shower did it to us. I really can't write anything bad. From the owner to the accommodation everything is GREAT!!!

Stunning apartment 5 min walk to a private beach for residents The caretaker thought we were crazy when we told him that we were not joking about a car but the walk to Marzamemi is completely doable on foot through the beach it's even shorter (about 25 min). Carlotta's apartment is extremely well equipped. He is a very responsive host in case of questions. I would definitely recommend it.

Alisa’s house was immaculate. Equipped for everything you need for a short or long stay. High quality furnishings and a magnificent volcano view from the bedroom, kitchen, and roof terrace. The village is charming and the locals kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place.
