Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Clara del Mar

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

The house is very nice and spacious. The area is very nice and quiet. Ines is a great host. Very friendly and attentive to make sure we didn't need anything and enjoyed our stay at her home.

Everything is excellent. The house is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need. The park is beautiful to enjoy the outdoors, and the best thing is that I went with my dog who was able to enjoy it and the whole property was well fenced and safe.

It's not the first time we were in the southern part of Mar del Plata, and the place met all expectations. A well-distributed place, a bathroom with all the necessary amenities, spare towels and a super comfortable shower. extra equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. What we love most about this place, was the beautiful patio it has to appreciate the night of Chapa, with a barbecue/stove ideal to enjoy at night. Agus un mass, super attentive and helping with recommendations and assisting as needed. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation. We were as a family, fully equipped, we felt right at home, we didn't miss anything!!. Peace of mind in the area, close to the beach. Highly recommended! Pablo a genius!! Excellent and nice apartment, exactly as shown in the pictures. Fantastic location next to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Mar del Plata. The property is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. A spacious room (living), well organized next to the kitchen. The sleeping area is very comfortable. Nice and comfortable bathroom. It should be noted that I received the apartment very clean and tidy (which is appreciated). On the other hand, Daniela always answered our questions and was always concerned that we had a great stay. I also allowed us to do a flexible check-in and check-out, which helped us optimize our stay. In short, great apartment and host. Recommended to go to Mar del Plata, of the best options to stay!. We would love to come back…

Highly recommended! It is half a block from two pedestrian streets, very central and easy to access. We went without a car and wanted a place that was comfortable and safe for us to get to with our children, and it was just what we were looking for. The apartment is very well maintained, you have all the kitchen utensils, towels and bedding in very good condition. Air and/or fan in the bedrooms and a very nice balcony!! Bruno's attention was a 10! We didn't even need to bother him during the week because everything worked perfectly and the building manager was super friendly. If I have to go back, I would definitely do it!!

Beautiful apartment, with a garage included and Leonardo got us another one inside the building because we went in cars, super comfortable for eight people, spacious and with enough bathrooms. Across the street you can go to Alfonsina Beach and a few blocks away you will find the pedestrian area. Also, there are many businesses within a block. Leonardo was always very attentive, from the day we arrived. Highly recommended, we hope to return!

Great attention and location. Lorena's son greeted us at the door and was super friendly. The apartment is more than wonderful, the panoramic views are a luxury, practically a 180-degree view, everything impeccable, comfortable and complete. With everything close by, bakeries, a supermarket, restaurants. We look forward to coming again next year!

Ines was an excellent host, accessible and patient with me since my communication was intermittent due to the car trip. The apartment is spacious, bright, very tasteful, and very conveniently located if you want to be in the Punta Mogotes area, The garage is in an interior courtyard with security, just as the apartment is safe. She welcomed me with some alfajores and a warm smile!!! I'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

The apartment was just like the photos and it was even more surprising to see it, impeccable! All the amenities listed and of excellent quality and sweet details to welcome us. I also highlight the quality and completeness of the kitchen and all its elements. The living room and dining room are very spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms, beds and pillows. The view of Mitre Square is unbeatable and the fact that it is a single apartment is a plus to consider! Excellent service from the building staff, especially Carlos and Rosa, who were very friendly. I would definitely be back! A very well-kept place with quality service and all its features, and that welcomes pets. It's definitely the only one in Mar del Plata.

We loved our stay at Cande's apartment. The place is beautiful, with incredible ocean views and an unbeatable location, just meters from the coast. The area is quiet, making exploring the sea much easier and more enjoyable, and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, with all the necessary cooking utensils, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Plus, Cande is a genius, always attentive and willing to help us. She welcomed us with the best vibe and allowed us flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and one we 100% recommend.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
