The house is spacious and very comfortable in all its spaces. Very enjoyable garden and grill on vacation. I highlight the cleanliness, whiteness and hygiene elements of first quality. The location of the property provides security and easy access to the city's tourist attractions. The host is extremely friendly and attentive to every detail, which make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and comfortable, and well equipped. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, you really enjoy the silence and the natural environment. The house is close (on foot) to a spacious, cute and quiet beach. It is ideal if what you are looking for is tranquility and avoiding the crowds of people typical of the high season. As for the place itself, it's easy to get to and the hosts' instructions were clear and accurate. Check-in was easy and quick. Laura, the host, was very warm and cordial. He gave us instructions to get around the area and be able to stock up on our stay. In the neighborhood there are a couple of warehouses to do some basic purchases (the closest one is approx. 1km), but the ideal is to drive and do the larger purchases in Miramar or Mar del Plata. Otherwise, everything is to enjoy the nature of the place, the tranquility and the rest. Super recommend Laura and Agustín's casita!

The house is as shown in the photos, very comfortable, 100 meters from the beach. i would pick it again for the upcoming holidays

Lilian’s place was amazing, we had a ton of fun and it felt just like being at home. Extremely well located, walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant and stores, the neighborhood was great. We didn’t want to leave the house, really nice BBQ place and outdoor seating + a magnificent garden. The kitchen was big and comfy and the rooms really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms made the place very convenient. Great common areas to hang out!! I will definitely try to go back to this place that exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks a lot Lilian for all your help and for being so flexible, congratulations on your amazing place!!

The apartment is extremely beautiful, bright, and with a view of the beautiful sea. The windows are very good, and they isolate from the external noises. Super clean, with lots and varied crockery. Super full kitchen. Victoria, Claudia and Alejandra were super friendly, and flexible with check-in and check-out, which is highly valued!! I can't wait to come back!!!😊

Everything is excellent! The apartment is very nice, we found everything clean and tidy. It was also very comfortable. Antonio's attention was very good!! We would come back and highly recommend it. The only thing missing is a big mirror but everything else is spotless!!

Lovely apartment, I can definitely recommend it! Gorgeous sea view. There is only one problem - there is a disco nearby, and it is very noisy at night with the windows open, and even when closed - the sound breaks through.

Excellent apartment, super comfortable and clean. We appreciate how quickly they answered our questions and how hard they tried to make the stay right. Exactly what we expected, we recommend the place. We always found space to park on the street, although also in front there is a parking lot. About a 10-minute walk from the center with plenty of places to eat. Half a block there are 2 supermarkets because what the location was excellent. He apartment smelled very good, added to the beautiful view from the highest floor. We would come back!

Ines was an excellent host, accessible and patient with me as my communication was intermittent due to the car trip. The apartment is spacious, bright, with great taste, it is very well located if you look to be in the Punta Mogotes area, Cochera is in an interior patio with security just like the apartment is safe. She greeted me with welcome alfajores and a warm smile!!! Coming back Surely !!!! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

The place was as described, it was very clean and tidy when we arrived! We had a great time, there were 3 of us. Great location, we often walked around. The host was very kind and always available, already upon our arrival and even later for further requests. We will return to Mar del Plata and return to Gustavo.
