The accommodation is much better than what you see in the photos, it has absolutely everything you need to be 100% comfortable. Very large house, ideal for 5 people. Ignacio and his wife super attentive. I would definitely repeat the stay.

We spent a week with my girlfriend and my dog, we always go to the forest for tranquility and silence. The house is perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is small but it has everything, we cook several times. The grill is very good too. The park is the main attraction and having breakfast on the couch looking at the trees was beautiful. Marcelo is a great host, friendly and responsive. We asked for a standing fan and the next day we got one. We highly recommend! thank you Marcelo

Hernán and Marcela were excellent hosts, generous and attentive to our needs and to ensuring we had a great stay. The accommodation complies with everything offered and is extremely comfortable, with a good location near the beach and with good access to the downtown area and shops. The detail to note is that they offer linens, and have WiFi and TV in both rooms. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them. We will be back!!

Maria Pia's loft is very nice, just as it appears in the photos, super comfortable with everything you need to spend a few days away from the noise of the city. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, always with the company of birds especially of hummingbirds♥️. Access is easy and by paved street from the entrance to the forest, only two blocks without tarmac in good condition. The wifi worked perfect, it's an ideal place to work remotely and in a natural setting! Thank you for everything, we really enjoyed it!

It's not the first time we were in the southern part of Mar del Plata, and the place met all expectations. A well-distributed place, a bathroom with all the necessary amenities, spare towels and a super comfortable shower. extra equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. What we love most about this place, was the beautiful patio it has to appreciate the night of Chapa, with a barbecue/stove ideal to enjoy at night. Agus un mass, super attentive and helping with recommendations and assisting as needed. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation. We went as a family, fully equipped, we felt right at home, we didn't miss anything at all!! Peace and quiet in the area, close to the beach. Highly recommended! Pablo is a genius!! The dedication is evident so that you can spend a few very quiet days and not want for anything. The house is as seen in the photos, beautiful and comfortable!!! We will be back!

Beautiful apartment, with garage included and Leonardo got us another one inside the building because we were in 2 cars, super comfortable for 8 people, spacious and with sufficient bathrooms. Crossing the street you can go to Playa Alfonsina and a few blocks away you find the pedestrian. also many businesses within a one block radius. Leonardo is always very attentive, from the day we arrived. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning!

Ines was an excellent host, accessible and patient with me as my communication was intermittent due to the car trip. The apartment is spacious, bright, with great taste, it is very well located if you look to be in the Punta Mogotes area, Cochera is in an interior patio with security just like the apartment is safe. She greeted me with welcome alfajores and a warm smile!!! Coming back Surely !!!! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was just like the photos and it was even more surprising to see it, impeccable! All the amenities listed and of excellent quality and sweet touches to welcome us. I also highlight the quality and completeness of the kitchen and all its elements. The living and dining room are very spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms, beds and pillows. The view of Plaza Mitre is unbeatable and the fact that it is a single apartment is a plus to consider! Excellent service from the building staff, especially Carlos and Rosa, who were very friendly. I would definitely be back! A very well-kept place with quality service and all its features, and that welcomes pets. It's surely the only one in Mar del Plata.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our dog and felt very safe and quiet. In the block is very easy to get parking during the afternoon/night so we almost always leave it at the door, it is a very safe area.
