From the beginning Francisco was very kind. The apartment is modern, spacious and with large windows, the balcony is very wide. Very bright. And something very important, everything's super clean!! In the PB there is a divine pool with deck and garden that we also take advantage of. The only thing, the apartment is somewhat noisy and with a baby it was a little complicated because the doors of the rooms did not close well.

We stayed just one day, but it was enough to enjoy the comfort and tranquility of the place, the good taste in the decor, and to the kindness of Sylvia and her willingness to help us in whatever we needed. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very complete. We stayed eager to enjoy the exterior of the suite and the lobby because the weather did not accompany us for that, so we will have to return. Highly recommended.

We were 5 people from the family and our Westie Lotus, who also fully enjoyed the stay. The house is as they show and describe it. Everything is fine, everything works and the equipment exceeds the standard. The location of the house is perfect and the silver is accessed by the back door (on foot) which is approximately 600 meters away. The pool is always in the sun so in season the water should be very nice. Bautista is a flawless host always showing a good predisposition to address any issues. In short, the house is worth every dollar in the publication. We recommend it 100% and hope to return soon. Thank you Bautista!!

The apartment is just as it looks in photos. Complete, everything you need for your stay. Two blocks from the beach and 1 block from downtown. I went by car and practically didn't use it throughout my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The home has everything you need a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with the host is almost immediate and decisive. The accommodation is new and very nice. You get to the beach by walking and the area is very quiet. I would come back many times!

Upon arrival, we met Gastón, who was very friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. The house exceeded our expectations in size and comfort, much larger than it looks in the photos. The pool is spectacular, very large and heated, which allowed us to enjoy it without problems in the middle of October. The location is perfect for those looking for tranquility and peace, at least at that time of year. One of our main interests was to make sure the terrain was well fenced as we travel with our dogs, and we were glad to see that everything is perfectly closed. They also enjoyed it a lot, with a spacious and beautiful park to run and play. Definitely an excellent experience for everyone.
