Stayed at Farzad’s place for ~10days for a business trip and would stay here again! Some highlights — great location with lots of food options, very flexible & communicative host, and well-designed living space (w/ lots of plants 🌱). Would recommend you staying here ☺️

This home was the perfect sanctuary for our family of 6 plus a toddler. Lots of fun games in the gameroom made this a great spot to entertain our grandkid.

This place is magical. The cabin itself (bedroom/small kitchen/bathroom) is modest but as the listing says, appreciate this airbnb for what it is, not looking for what it isn't. David has created an absolute oasis around the fig tree in the middle of the yard. Any artist would appreicate the love and effort put into all the details of this DIY spa backyard space. I could not believe the levels and creativity this space had to offer. I felt like I saw something new everyday. I was in San Jose a little over a week as a performer and told every cast/crew member that would listen about this spot. Not only was the space amazing, David was a supreme host, always ready to answwer any questions or provide anything I may be needing. I even got home post a two show day to a basket of goodies for the rest of my stay waiting at my doorstep. If you want to feel transported and relax listening to windchimes while you sip a glass of wine in a hottub, this is your spot.

The beach cottage is great with immediate access to the beach. Walter was prompt and through with communication. Will stay again.

We loved our stay at Scriver Street! We stayed for 6 weeks and really got to experience the house and the neigborhood. We loved walking along East cliff drive to witness first class surf at pleasure point. We very much enjoyed the Eastside Santa Cruz vibe with coffeeshops, surfshops, boutiques, and malls were all very close by. Capitola is also just a short drive away. We loved walking through the peaceful neighborhood, with beautiful beaches close by. Monika and Greg were wonderful hosts and have made us feel right at home at their house, which has everything you need - a beautiful kitchen, cozy dining area, an open living room, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a lovely garden and outside seating. All in all an heartwarming home with beautiful furniture and details. Communication with the hosts was very warm and friendly. Monika and Greg provide a great source of recommendations for Santa Cruz and surroundings, which we loved! Would recommend this place to everyone!!

Great location right in the heart of Santana Row! The check-in process was smooth, and accessing the unit was easy thanks to the detailed instructions Vanessa provided. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the Row. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need, even though we didn’t end up cooking. Just a note—the loft-style bedroom doesn’t have a door, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t need extra privacy. There were basic toiletries provided, so if you prefer specific products, you might want to bring your own. Overall, we had a great stay

I booked this place repeatedly because of how wonderfully clean it is and the surrounding is beautiful. Juergen has went over and above to ensure utmost comfort for the guests. I am very happy with this place and can vouch for the SUPREME SERVICE and how kind Juergen is.

The house is amazing, it has excellent views of the Bay, of San Francisco and even Stanford. The deck outside was excellent for having a few friends over and my family and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Ann was a great host, she was very communicative and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you!!
