Ground floor apartment, but walled terrace, preserve from the noise of the city. Too bad the terrace isn't better equipped. Great secure neighborhood. A little impressive all these security guards and armed policemen. Great experience, thanks Carlota

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Great place to stay! Everything looks like the photos and it’s ~15 minutes from the airport. Daniel was able to accommodate an early check-in as well.

Alejandro’s place was very nice, had all the amenities listed, he also had extra items for use, he was extremely responsive and helped anyway he could, I will definitely stay here again soon on my next visit to Guatemala and I will recommend it to everyone to also give it a go, such a good spot ! And beautiful view.

Very spacious place in the room, everything is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, just take into account that the noise of the planes could be heard in the area but not so loud.

I'm writing this review to celebrate the amazing experience I had at the Green Door accommodation in Colonia Oakland. It was my point of arrival on November 1st having just moved to Guatemala and I stayed there for 8 delightful weeks. Liza and her mother (Maria) are incredible hosts and exceeded my expectations from day one. An early issue regarding the mattress and solely because of my orthopedic issues requiring firmer support was attended to and a new mattress was provided. That's outstanding customer service! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, located near necessary conveniences/restaurants, and absolutely safe. As a single woman I never felt uncomfortable and the community is gated. That's a huge plus. The sense of privacy and being nestled on the second floor with a lovely vista of the gorgeous plantings was treat for this appreciative horticulturist. Definitely a beautiful vista. Highly recommend‼️

The apartment comes with everything you need to stay for several days. We really liked the facilities of the building: coworking space, gym, coffee shop and shop.
