Very nice place! Meets descriptions, easy access and good service.

It has an impressive 360 view to the entire city of Guatemala where you can enjoy quietly in the pool or making a roast from the terrace, additionally the apartment is very well equipped and super comfortable to feel at home, most places are 10-15 minutes away: Cayalá, Oakland, Zona Viva, 4 Grados, Aeropuerto, Las Americas, Centro Médico. The hostess was super responsive from my reservation to my departure, and the building is very quiet and safe, it has a large parking lot, work areas for coworking and super comfortable gym for long stays. I will definitely return soon when I have activities in Guatemala City for pleasure or work.

The apartment is very comfortable with nice furniture and a good bed. I've stayed in this building before and really like the location and an easy, safe walk to the heart of Cayala. Excellent golf driving range close by. Definitely recommend.

This is the third or fourth time I have stayed in this place. I always find everything very well, it has small details (cookies, water, etc.) that have made me feel at home. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again or recommend it. It's a quiet, safe building in a great location.
