The Chácara is wonderful, very comfortable, a place of peace and quiet. Monique is a blessed being and a lot of light, an immense kindness, this is the fifth time I rent the farm, my family loves, very good, I recommend too much.

Great house, portable air conditioning pool, has everything in the kitchen for those who go to the farm the best is to go to the city of guararema arriving ask where is the Santa Branco neighborhood.. there is a market at the end of the street, a silence for those who like peace great place...

As soon as we arrived we were very well received and affectionately Nilton showed every single detail of the house we were going to host in. It was a wonderful experience; the very cozy place, with flawless cleaning and clearly had daily care of the structure and the maintenance of it. We receive wonderful indications about the city and its sights. The owners of this house are very loving, affectionate and very receptive; they not only take care of the lodging more especially of the customers. We received a delicious corn cake made by Nilton's mother and a wonderful treat from a shop they like very much. They were cute in letting go of my little dog who behaved very well, and did not make a mess in the house; I am even flattered to know that my little dog was the first little dog to enter that house. I am sure to return from the world and indicate the stay in this so cozy house🤍

What to say about this wonderful farm? There are so many amazing points to mention, when it's time to describe I feel lost! The place is spotless, a little piece of paradise. Everything is very well arranged and designed so that everyone is well accommodated during the stay. A decor to leave anyone with their mouths open. The farm staff are very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. My family loved everything, we have absolutely nothing negative to comment on. We had an amazing and blessed holiday season at the Farm! Thank you for all the hospitality!!

The house is very well equipped, with great location and privacy. My wife and I had an excellent experience with the facilities of the house and the property such as the pool and the barbecue. In addition, the host has always been attentive and helpful to our questions and observations. We are very grateful to Roberto and we certainly indicate the stay.

The place and the house are beautiful, very well cared for and we feel very much at home! The dogs and cats kept accompanying us and, for those of us who like animals, it was more of a joy! From the distance from the center it is essential to bring food and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing that was challenging was the road to get to the site. Due to the rain, it had large pools of water and very rugged. We were in a relatively low car and I got a little tense, but everything went well. I highly recommend your stay at Carpir site and hope to be able to return soon :)
