This Villa is great value for Money. We stayed in peak season, and although it is a little out of the way from the party scene (which we all enjoy), you will not find much better value for money, for quality and size of villa. Taxis came on all occasions when pre booked, except once. Uber was on the island this year as well and we were able to get Ubers from here. Isabella was a fantastic host and answered all queries promptly and with ease when requested. There was no trouble at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Claudia provided great communication on check in, restaurant/bar options, and how to get to the house. She even left snacks and drinks since we were arriving late at night. House and surroundings were beautiful and worked great for our weekend getaway to Ibiza. Thank you, Claudia!

Lovely stay at the apartment for a few days. It was very clean and comfortable - also easy check in access and useful to have parking. The kitchen is small, so limited ability to do much cooking, but there are lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance. Great location and a cute little apartment. Thanks for having us!

Our stay in the villa was great. Fantastic view, authentic decor, beautiful places to sit outside and have breakfast. The only drawback was the many mosquitoes, a lot of mosquito spray and mosquito nets are recommended. The pool is very spacious and the lounging area in the pool is a special highlight. We especially liked the very private location. Rebecca was very friendly and easily accessible.

If you want to feel at home and find a quiet place to rest after a day of activities this is ❤️✨ your place. We loved the attention Mari gave us, recommended 100/10

We had an excellent stay in Maria’s villa. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. Our stay was to visit family, but this villa would be an excellent choice as a base to explore the island. A Mercadona supermarket a short drive away was a bonus.

The perfect house for our family! An old farm renovated with a lot of taste, in a beautiful landscape. Very clean, and well equipped. The right choice to enjoy calm, amazing views, birds singing and a nice swimming pool… while conveniently located in the middle of the island, making it easy for us to move around! A huge thanks to our hosts for the warm welcome and farewell…

The Villa is exactly as described and photographed 📸. The views are stunning and plenty of areas to sit for coffees/drinks/meals throughout the day. The drive up to the house is steep, something to be mindful for the elderly/disabled/young. I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of the amazing location (plenty of secluded coves/beaches only accessible by car). There is also a fantastic roof terrace (ideal for yoga!) but currently no furniture for this area. lovely open dinning/livingroom space with lovely wide doors leading out to the stunning view where the sun sets!🌅 I would highly recommend this gorgeous Villa - it felt like home for the week 🏡❤️

We stayed at Simon’s place for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed. It is very spacious,even more spacious than in the pictures,very clean and equipped with all necessary modern amenities. The view from the terrace towards the Ibiza nature and the golf field is really amazing. We are very thankful to Simon that he allowed us to stay with our dog, our dog really enjoyed the house and especially the big terrace which became her favourite place. :) The communication with Simon was very easy and he was always reachable. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything was perfect. It felt very personal yet private, so very much as “home”. We could walk over to the beach with our little girl (5m) in 15 min and cook dinner and build a nice fire in the evenings. The view and the sunsets are amazing from this place up the hills. The villa was amazing. We where 4 adults and two toddlers and it was just amazing. The location is close to a lot of shops and city life by car but still away from parties and loud noises. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Ibiza. Also the communication with the hosts was super easy, friendly and accommodating. More than we expected and absolutely worth the price.

Highly recommend this place! The villa is really nice for a large group - lots of space and a really large pool. The hosts are helpful and very responsive. Transport was not as difficult as we thought. We never had to wait more than 15 mins to flag down a couple of taxis at the end of the driveway, even late at night, as it's on the main road from Ibiza to Santa Eularia. We also had a rental car. The first few hundred metres of the driveway is fine apart from bumps right at the beginning. The last 50 metres before the gate is quite steep and bumpy - but ok once you've driven it a few times. All over Ibiza villa burglary is an issue, so it was nice to have security guards by the gate in the evening and an alarm system.

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful location and tranquility. Everything was very tidy and the pool was great! We were very impressed. Maria and her husband and her son were very friendly.
