Villa vacation rentals in Sanremo

This place is absolutely gorgeous. In addition to the pool area which is featured in the pictures, the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden containing lemon trees, fig trees, olive trees and more. There is also a pétanque pitch for use. Inside is spacious and well kept. The house seems quite modern and the A/C had no problem handling temperatures of 30+. Location is on top of a large hill. We were able to get there with our SUV, but would sometimes wish we had a smaller car when meeting oncoming traffic. (Pro tip: the GPS may guide you to a bus stop. Continue approx 100 meters and you will see the entrance on the right. It was a little hard to find the first time.) The neighborhood is quiet. This place is perfect for a family looking for a quiet getaway. This is not a party place. All in all very happy with our stay at Villa Jasmin.

Our stay at villa Millefleurs was fantastic. Marie Hélène was a fantastic host despite needing to tend to a family emergency. She provided great tips and advice on where to explore. The place was beautifully clean and had all the equipment you needed. The pool volley ball proved a huge hit with the whole family. The location is great , but make sure your car has some good gears the roads are steep! We enjoyed some amazing cycling routes and loved seeing the pros on the local roads thank you Marie Hélène

We rented the house in a professional context as we had a campaign to hold at Nice. The host was always responsive and attentive to our needs. The check out was very simple ans easy-going with him

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

My birthday gift to my son & friends was to have a memorable long weekend in the south of France. The trip exceeded his expectations & many memories were made. Despite it being out of season & offering a beautiful pool he managed to take a cold dip. Villa was spacious & roomy. Hope to be visiting there myself sometime.

8 adults, 2 kids! We had great holidays, the house is huge, cozy and tastefully decorated! Bedroom 3 of 4 with climate, thankfully😉. Enough space that the needs of individuals are not a problem, enough retreats, but also enough space for everyone to eat together. The best part is the perfectly equipped kitchen. No improvisations needed, and great outdoor seating, with shade. My luck, because of the heat, was the large and also very clean pool. We arrived with 3 cars, there is enough space for everyone, within the property. Andrea is warm and helpful, open to all questions and makes you feel comfortable. Thanks for the great time. Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Our stay was too short, we needed more time to enjoy this beautiful home! Beautiful well kept home, and amazing amenities. Our family of 10 loved BBQing and hanging out by the pool with some blankets. The views from the top terrace for the sunrise was amazing!

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Ideally located between Nice and Monaco, perfect for exploring this beautiful area of the Côte d'Azur. Despite exceptionally rainy weather for the season, the stay was very pleasant thanks to the comfort of the accommodation, perfectly equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special mention for Laurence, whose kindness and availability are rare. His wise advice allowed us to discover superb places. The parking guide helped us a lot in this very busy area. A beautiful human encounter that makes you want to come back as soon as possible!

We highly recommend Manon’s beautiful and unique home in spectacular Eze. She welcomed us as though we were old friends with the most helpful recommendations, fresh fruits and breads, beautiful flowers, wine, coffee and teas. We felt completely spoiled from arrival to checkout. Manon’s home is spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, has wonderful showers and is filled with fascinating artwork. And the view… it’s indescribable and even better than it looks in the listing photos. This is The Place to stay! We hope to visit again soon!

Great week, with friends and children. Despite the autumn weather, still fun in the pool. Great outdoor area, whether for eating or socializing, suitable for everything. A fully equipped kitchen, for self-catering, the highlight We didn't try the pizza oven because of the weather, but it would definitely be a highlight. Large, clean, enough wood and stone slab to make pizza I was afraid of the folding beds. These are of such high quality, better than some beds. The advantage of autumn, you can also just… go to the beach with a towel, as few tourists are there. In fact, Stefano was very helpful, who was promptly available for any question, always concrete and very helpful. In addition, the daily pool cleaning round was always a chance to ask questions. We felt supported, not controlled😁 Thank you very much

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

We had a lovely stay at Florian’s villa. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a charming garden and lovely views of the surrounding area. Florian was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our request for an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. The garden is also really nice with a big lemon tree. Pool was clean and great. It is located on a hillside in a small village, so there is a nice view. We will highly recommend it.

Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Check In and Check out were a breeze. The view was amazing and the photos don't do justice on how nice the space is. The property is on the mountainside, but it is very modern and extremely functional. Only a short drive from Nice, and within an hour from Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Ez, Bellet(Wine country) and Antibes for a day trip.

A perfect home in Menton with a fantastic view of the sea. The pool and the area around was beautiful, a really nice place to relax. The house is amazing, and we felt at home from the start and were sad to leave. Very good information before, during the stay, and before the depart. We would love to come back!

15-day stay with Laetitia and Frédéric where we were warmly welcomed, with small gifts. The place is beautiful, we were able to enjoy the pool. We had a very pleasant 2-week vacation and were able to take advantage of some recommendations and advice on certain places to visit from Laetitia and Frederic who are very nice! We recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Stephane is a fantastic person & and host, extremely kind and generous nothing was ever a problem we felt like we were on holiday with a friend, this was our second time coming back and we had an amazing week, highly recommend booking with Stephane you will not be disappointed!
