Vacation rentals with a patio in Sanremo

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Jesper is an excellent host. The apartment is also super wow, excellent. I went to the Monaco Grand Prix, prices are generally high this week, the only small problem I had was finding the apartment and the stairs to it. My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and felt ourselves like home. In our opinion it has this old french houses vibe, which we loved. Check-in/out went smoothly and Kate and Brend were always very responsive. The apartment is located only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, from which you can take a train to cities like Antibes, Eze, Cannes etc. Because of its central location, you can reach almost everything in the city by feet, but if you don’t like to walk much, there is a tram station nearby. I give an extra star for the balcony :) All in one - we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

I stayed in this house and loved it. The house is exactly as described in the photos: clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals independently. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the tranquility of the area. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We had beautiful days and we enjoyed the terrace with the view very much in sunny warm temperatures. We would book this apartment again at any time.

We stayed at Cristina's house for 3 nights. We immediately received extremely clear instructions and an explanatory video for the operation of the whirlpool. The house - you can also see from the photos - is a real dream. The area is quiet and quiet. It has an amazing view of the sea from every window of the house. There is a very large outdoor area equipped with heated whirlpool, barbecue, swings and deck chairs. The owner Cristina, due to minimal problems with the hot water, wanted to apologize by paying homage to us parents, and also a little something for our child. Absolutely not due also in consideration of the fact that once the problem was reported, in 10 minutes at most she moved to resolve everything. A truly honest and attentive person with his guests. The house is a 5-minute drive to downtown Andora. Currently it is not possible to reach the center on foot but a cycle path is under construction right at the foot of the accommodation.

Beautiful villa, perfect for a family weekend. Only downside is if you have a large car it's a little complicated to park. But otherwise everything was perfect, super nice view of the mountains and Nice. And the place is very quiet.

This a gorgeous place beautifully located in the cutest town of Rochetta Nervina. The apartment has great taste and it is really a treat to stay there. I felt really lucky to have found this place.

Accommodation located in a small village on the heights of Sanremo, peaceful and quiet and especially far from the noise of the city. There is free parking just down from the house which is very convenient. The house is very clean and matches the photos. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome booklet with places to visit and the best addresses (restaurants, bars, supermarkets). Thanks again to Lorenzo who is a very responsive and adorable host, which is very appreciated nowadays. The explanations for getting into the accommodation are clear, the neighbors are welcoming and very discreet. We had a great time and will come back together with friends or with our partners on our own. 10/10 for our girls weekend get away doubling with dog sitting duties. This beautiful villa is pet friendly. We literally laid out on the patio all weekend and crotcheted and enjoyed the sun and the pup could roam freely because the patio is all walled in. I was pleasantly surprised that my SUV fit in the parking spot so do not fret, if I can fit you can also. There's a grocery store right down the block and if you cant find the kitchen utensils you need, check the kitchen table. The hot water takes a minute and the city is walkable if you brought the right shoes. Lots of hills.

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

The location requires a car, but it's worth the detour because we were in a quiet area, with a beautiful terrace. Functional apartment, nicely decorated, with all the essentials for our stay. I would recommend it in a second.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We felt very comfortable in the penthouse apartment high above Loano. From morning to sunset over the mountains, we had sun on the terrace and it was perfect for a sundowner after the activities. The location is excellent for mountain hiking and cycling (racing bike and MTB). At this time of year, it was also no problem to get parking spaces.

Accommodation is as described, the most for parking. Accepts dogs, park within 5 min walk. Old town access and harbor on foot. Kim is a responsive and attentive host. We would recommend this listing.
