The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, and a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff/host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—small touches like complimentary snacks, a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed WiFi made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay!

We stayed with Stefan for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. Stefan was very friendly and helpful and we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings in bright sunshine. With a visit to the Tyrolean Festival in Erl. Highly recommended in all. If our son plays in Erl again in the summer, we would love to stay with Stefan and Moni again!

Irmi is a very generous host. The location of the apartment is great as you are right at Chiemsee with access to restaurants and the ferry. A lot of great activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two people, well equipped. I was only missing a wash machine and it would have been all perfectly sorted . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was super equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the location helped. Directly behind the house begins the forest. We were more than pleased with our vacation at Oliver's place. We'd love to come back soon
