Tim has a hugely beautiful airbnb that will exceed expectations. The sauna is great of course! From the balcony you have super beautiful views. It is a quiet place, it is also very private. Super clean and equipped with all the comforts. In addition, we had a problem with our car so we could not wake up the day we actually had to leave. We messaged Tim and we were able to book an extra night. Communication went great and we were very happy that it was so flexible! Because of this, despite the car trouble, spent an extra day in the airbnb and this was not a penalty at all! We were there now in the winter period but me and my friend would like to come back sometime in the summer! In short: just amazing!

We were able to spend a nice week in the Harz. The apartment was clean and spacious. Regina is a friendly hostess and always responsive.

The apartment is beautiful, modernly furnished and very comfortable. You feel right at home (not visible by neighbors) and the roof terrace is the blast. The area didn't quite like us (two old-fashioned skyscrapers next door), but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In addition, it was exhausting to find a parking space in front of the apartment in the evening (a small walk was necessary). Due to the beautiful apartment, there is still a very good review. We would book again 👍

My girlfriend and I had a lovely getaway here. When you come in, you immediately feel at home. Very cozily furnished and you can immediately find your way around. Above all, the tranquility has done us very well. Happy to come back :).

We spent a weekend in Goslar. The apartment was absolutely suitable for this. It is located directly in the Old Town and is only five minutes from the Market Square. There is everything you need for a stay. Communication was great. We highly recommend the apartment.

We had the pleasure of staying with Mark for a long weekend with three generations. The communication was excellent, Mark was very flexible and accommodating when checking in. When arriving, it helps to look for the small street, which is vis-a-vis the parking lot "Sommer Todelbahn" up the mountain. We found the house exactly as described. Cozy, with lots of beautiful accents,great lighting design, muggy warm and sparkling clean in all rooms! Also the bedding &kitchen utensils The climb down to the 3rd room is indeed a small challenge, but the "young people" have mastered them with flying colours. The view of the local mountain is beautiful,it is wonderfully quiet and certainly a dream in every season. We enjoyed the first snow and were happy to see the snow plow coming to us in the early morning. In the cold season, winter taps, and snow chains are also certainly necessary. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful small apartment in the middle of Bad Harzburg - in a few steps you are in the pedestrian zone with many shops, cafes and supermarket. Excursions and hikes can also be started directly from the front door. The living space is clean and cozily furnished - in the Advent season was even decorated for Christmas. The kitchen is modern and with good basic amenities. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but still functional and clean. A private parking space, a small terrace and the uncomplicated, reliable communication complete the holiday experience positively. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, large apartment, very very clean, quietly located. The kitchen is perfect, we have never had such a well-equipped kitchen on vacation. The host is very nice. The location of the apartment is great, walking is immediately in the picturesque city center of Duderstadt. It is also close to other destinations worth seeing such as the Grenzlandmuseum Eichsfeld, Göttingen or the European Bread Museum in Ebergötzen.

We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back! We stayed here for 4 days to escape the stress of everyday life. You can do that here, the surroundings are super quiet and beautiful. The use of the garden and sauna alone has already been pure relaxation for us. Totally lovingly furnished and super nice hostess.

Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. The apartment and also the kitchen are well equipped. The communication was very friendly and the check-in easy.

We enjoyed our stay in the Resina suite very much. The apartment is very well maintained, excellently equipped and modernly furnished. Also the quiet location is great and there are numerous hiking trails nearby. We can recommend the Resina suite in every way without hesitation.

The apartment was great and clean – simple, but even more beautiful than in the photos. Communication with the host went smoothly and was really enjoyable. The town of Goslar is beautiful and the old town is always worth a visit. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, which makes it perfect for exploring. Highly recommend! :-)
