Room was perfect for our group. Walking distance to pools and beach. Jaime was quick and responsive with any questions we had.

Beautiful beach view, nice size, clean, and great beds. We loved this place and will be staying there again on our next visit. There were restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Nice bar/restaurant off the beach for a great nightlife experience. They have ESPN so I could watch football which was great for me being a sports buff.

This condo was perfect for us. Second floor access was perfect because we could easily do the stairs. Plenty of space for our family and the views from the balcony are beautiful. Leila offered recommendations of food places as well. We would love to stay here again sometime soon!

We rented Joaquin's house for the summer and it was great! It is in a nice, quiet part of Rocky Point not far from the Malecon. I felt very secure at Joaquin's place - it has a nice private garage area with a secure automatic gate. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance and the beaches are within 10 minutes by car. Joaquin was an amazing host, very responsive and quick to find solutions for any hiccups that came up. We felt right at home! I would recommend Joaquin's place to those looking for a private home to enjoy Puerto Penasco like a local. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Jose‘s place. This will definitely be our go to spot. I really loved and enjoyed the view every morning off the balcony to look at the sunrise and the ocean. The pools and hot tub were amazing heated we really enjoyed our time..

The overall stay was fantastic my group had a ton planned and did so many things while we were out there and were able to always come back and get some good R&R after a super busy morning or afternoon before doing more at night the security in the area is super welcoming and very helpful as well and the over all aesthetic of the house was perfect for this trip thanks again

Stayed for the weekend immediately after Christmas, plenty of room for a family of 7. The place was immaculate, very clean, very comfortable, and easy to get into and out of. Centrally located near all the other hotels, and a quick 5 minute drive to either Wrecked, or the other direction into town. Will come back for sure.

This home is beautiful and perfect for a big family. We were a group of 12 and fit perfectly. The air conditioning was super cold which is always a plus in this heat. About 8-10 minutes away from the beach! Definitely look forward to coming back with the family.

The place was beautiful. Higher floor with outstanding views. The outdoor/patio space was AMAZING and one of the highlights of staying here. This is Phase III, so there is some construction going on for the other newer buildings going in. Noise wasn't an issue, but pool area for Phase III still isn't totally running... at least not for colder times where you need heated pools/tubs. Phase I and II can be used which is just a short walk to use those pools and activities. The upside is, it is very quiet in this new building without a lot of people in this Phase using it's pools, so that was nice. The complex has numerous EV chargers that made it easy to charge our EV while we stayed here. Would definetely recommend staying here.

The perfect location, comfortable, quiet and best views all around. Each bedroom had a view and everything g o e could want as far as kitchen-bathroom and beach accessories.

We had a very relaxing time at Pam's place. The location is great, easy walk to the beach or estuary. Pam and Lucas respected our privacy while being welcoming and helpful with local suggestions. Perfect place to bring home your fishing catch, prep it and grill it in the outside Bbq/kitchen area. Watch the ospreys eat their own catch on the power pole right nearby!!

We went with a group of 7 people and really enjoyed our stay. The place matched the description and condo is really nice. I would recommend to others and will be staying here again.

This is the second time I have rented this place for my Puerto Peñasco trip. The place is very clean, has everything you need, and offers an amazing view of the beach. I love this place.

I made a last minute reservation. Ignacio was prompt at providing confirmation and details for checking in. He also provided reminders and suggestions for safe travel. Everything was clean and in good condition.

She was an amazing host! Everything was nice and clean and the view was spectacular

The space itself is beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly clean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the spacious balcony was pure magic. The host was also fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and provided great local recommendations. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable seaside experience, this is the place to be. I've stayed at 10+ bnbs on Sandy Beach and this one was leaps and bounds on a different level. Too many positives to list. Comfortable beds, crisp and clean white linens, ample towels, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, amazing location, good restaurant close by. In addition, there was a lot of attention to fine details such a new sponge, soaps, presentation of towels, bed side charging outlet, etc. Truly a 5 star stay in an city, but 6+ stars compared to anywhere I have stayed in Rocky Point. Book it! You won't regret your decision.
