Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sandvika

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house in Nittedal! Communication with Victoria was excellent both before and during our vacation. She was very helpful and gave us great tips. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 4 and 9). It was super clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was excellently equipped, the living room very cozy, and the bathroom offered both a shower and a lovely bathtub. The location was ideal: about 30 minutes by rental car to both the airport and the center of Oslo. A sledding hill and the Vallingkollen ski area, where you can rent ski equipment, were only 15 minutes away – we had a great time experiencing the Norwegian winter there. Our kids loved it! We also visited the Technology Museum, the Paradox Museum, and the Natural History Museum with the kids – all three are highly recommended. It was such a relaxing and beautiful vacation. Lovely location near a train station that offers a quick trip into the city. Wonderful apartment with many bedrooms, ideal for a larger group!

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

Worth it for the stunning view. As others have said its like staying in your grandparents house but that is part of its charm. The drive is steep but not that bad. Per responded well to enquiries.

Rural house with large and cozy outdoor area. Short distances to public transport, large and nice beach, football fields and shops/Holmen shopping center. We had a great time at Therese's house, and would love to come again. Therese was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries.

Erlend and Kristin's home was wonderful, clean, and made us feel very comfortable. They were very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Would 100% recommend!!

We stayed for four nights at Hannes apartment and could not recommend it enough. The apartment is well located, close to public transport and therefore well connected to the city centre and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Check in went very smoothly, Hanne sent us very clear instructions which were easy to follow. The apartment itself is spacious enough for two people, very cosy and tastefully decorated and everything needed was provided. Thank you Hanne for letting us stay at your home, we enjoyed it very much.

This home smells delicious and is incredibly pretty. Wonderful use of wood materials. Lovely garden. Al and Ingrid were really nice hosts. My youngest even got to feed the hens in the garden. It was a big deal. Thank you very much for your stay. Highly recommend!

The people from the Airbnb where very lovely, they helped us so much even with things that weren’t really their responsibility as an Airbnb. We had very nice conversations and the house was a perfect 2 month stay for our move to Norway. At the end it really felt like home. Everything was complete and I must say that this was my first really good experience with an Airbnb. Normally it doesn’t really look like the pictures. But this really was exactly like it, nice view from out the window to the garden, the train was very close and also the supermarket. We were really pleased with our stay ☺️ thank you so much again!

This was our first vacation where we used airbnb and are impressed by the possibilities offered. The booked holiday home has already impressed the listing with its seclusion and its natural location. On site, the experience was even more outstanding. The possibility to reach the cabin on foot was only possible with appropriate boots due to the weather. However, the arrival and transport of luggage is no problem with the rowing boat, which is available. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available in the charming cabin. In the end, we had way too much luggage with us. There is no boredom at the house and property. Whether you explore the lake by boat, fish, collect mushrooms or explore the nearby hiking trails. As day trips, we used hiking routes to the top of the highest mountains in southern Norway. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the holiday. 👌🏻

The cabin was in a beautiful location, with incredible views over the water. Everything in the cabin was easy to find and use. I'd definitely recommend hiring a car, so you can explore Holmsbu and nearby towns. When we had to message, both Ingunn and Hilde were very quick to respond. We booked the hot tub for our final night too, which I would definitely recommend. The locals are very friendly and helpful. And it was beautiful to see some snow too

We (family of 4) stayed at the cabin for a weekend in October. The cabin is well equiped and it has a great view over the lake. We used the rowing boat, the Weber grill and the fire pan (bålpanne) to heat hot dogs and marshmallows. It was fun for the kids :) There’s no shower inside, which is fine for a weekend.

Super cozy cabin, clean and very nice that it is so close to Oslo!

We had an incredible few days at Joakims cabin. The place was immaculate, more beautiful than the pictures on the advert and so peaceful and serene. There was a lot already in the cabin for cooking with and loads of games and fire wood which meant once you were there you didn’t need to leave to get anything. They also provided kayaks which was a really nice touch as the lake is beautiful and there’s loads of great trails you can kayak over to and hike. Will definitely try to come back again!

A very well situated cabin, immediately on the lake shore. The cabin is pleasantly decorated and furnished. Oystein replied very quickly to questions which arose once arrived at the cabin. Also the supermarket in Grua is large enough to stock almost everything we needed.

We had the most magical stay at Marianne’s beautiful cabin for 4 days over New Years, and it’s a trip we will remember forever. It was very icey when we arrived, but thankfully Marianne had provided us with snow shoes, walking sticks, and a sled, so we were able to easily make our way up the steep hill. The cabin itself is so gorgeous… beautiful interiors, all equipment and cutlery items you need, and has two very efficient fires places, which get warm quick. It was so peaceful, beautiful surroundings, perfect location for a break away from the modern world. Marianne as a host was extraordinary, very proactive and communicative, and very friendly. Exactly what you need when you are far from home in a remote location! Some tips for future visitors- if arriving when snowing make sure your car has good winter tires and snow chains as the country road to get there is slippy in parts. We also brought head torches which were as a game changer for reading books when dark and cooking!

We had a great stay at this cabin. Enjoyed forest walks and lakes close by. The cabin and place is suitable for children - the 3 year old in our group appreciated the toys at the cabin. Comfortable bed rooms in the annex. Thank you!
