Vacation rentals with beach access in Sandringham

The apartment and location suited our needs very well as we wanted something spacious for us all to spread out and chill but also something close to the things we wanted to do without the noise and business of the city. Nearby Tram into the city was very handy. The apartment was lovely and we felt really comfortable. Barbara was a such a lovely host, we arrived very late and she made sure we had some supplies ready for the next morning for the kids which was a godsend! We used the pool on hot days and it really felt like home. Highly recommend!

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

Great little place with everything you need, including a washing machine, good WiFi and a comfy bed. Location was great, close to the waterfront and just minutes to the centre of Frankston. Busses are close by also. Tim was a great host, very flexible and made me feel welcome. Thanks.

Anne’s place is clean, comfortable & quiet. Communication throughout was excellent & I liked the location with its handy transport (bus & tram) nearby, and short walk got waterfront (10 mins). I would stay here again! The apartment has everything you need in kitchen, bathroom, utility which I really appreciate when travelling. Found our way to Middle Park - 15 min walk & enjoyed the shops & restaurants there (rather than Fitzroy St)

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! It had all the amenities we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. Such a beautifully styled apartment. Great walking distance into Brighton and shops. Will definitely be back!

Rosalie’s lovely apartment had beautiful bay views and was very convenient for local restaurants and the trains. The beds were very comfy.

This was a great location- opposite the beach, walking distance to St Kilda, easy access to city by tram. Very comfortable inside - we particularly appreciated the large dining table - and picturesque outlook to the Bay and city skyline. Very secure and easy access by lift.

Kylie and Marc were great hosts. All questions were answered so quickly and it was just a smooth process. The house was beautifully presented with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge upon our arrival! Our trip was really rushed, so we would definitely love to book this home again!

I took my mum away for a few days and Jennifer’s place was perfect for the two of us and my dog. We loved sitting outside and looking out at the water. The place was spacious and lots of bits and pieces in the kitchen, bathroom, and dog items. We were close to the beach and a great little cafe. The main street was walkable too.

Had a lovely experience with the air bnb and the host. Shivaun was very responsive and very understanding which made for a lovely stay.

Sheryl's property served our purpose really well. Great location enabling you to walk across to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable property.

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

Robyn's house was perfect for a family holiday. Plenty of room to spread out either in the lounge or around the generous dining table. The outdoor area is a great space to enjoy a meal or watch some of the wildlife in the trees. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you choose or it is a short walk to many restaurants and cafe's. There is beach access right across the road, the beach is very clean and great for swimming. The house is at the back of the property so there is no traffic noise, and with the cars being in a locked garage and the property fully fenced security was good. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were a good size. Communication with Robyn was easy, she always responded quickly. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy to understand. The property is definitely worth 5+ stars and would happily recommend it.

John was flexible with our earlier check in as we were travelling with a toddler and over 2 hours away from home. The house was so spacious and had a lovely outdoor area to entertain the little one. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a large group and they were comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities and functioning well and a beautiful dining table with plenty of space. We only stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding down at the Bellarine winery. The house had so much space for everyone to get ready. Overall we all had a relaxing over night stay. I apologise for a bit of mess we made and didn’t realise until at the end that we didn’t take the rubbish out.

Lovely home from home

This is definitely my idea of a staycation -- the views are stunning, the apartment extremely comfortable and the beach is right across the road -- we loved our stay here for all those reasons and more, but the Hosts at Vacay deserve special mention for their solicitous and thoughtful guest service management. We wanted to stay on as our renovation was taking longer than expected, but unfortunately someone else already beat us to it. Our hosts put together a short list of options for us to consider in the vicinity (none of which were properties of the Vacay Group), making our lives so much easier and saving us a great deal of time looking. We'll definitely be back!!!

Debra was great and easy to communicate with. She gave good suggestions and share with us places to bring kids to. Her place is quite near the beach and easily accessible to the beach. Instructions were very clear from pre arrival to departure and she put up some little notes to help remind the guest on the do and dont Welcome guide is good as well helps to denote nearby eatery.

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

We had a very comfortable and cosy stay. Place had everything we needed and in a fantastic location. Hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!

Mia was a great host 🥰 The apartment is super located. You can walk to the beach and public tranport to the city centre is also very close. We would definitely come back 😊
