The house and garden are beautiful, being only composed of two rooms (bathroom and living room/bedroom) and having only small windows to vasistar it remains very cool, there is little external light but on the other hand it is very illuminated internally. For those interested, there are stray cats that roam the area, they are quiet and company. Michele was very kind and helpful, available at any time and a great local guide. Highly recommended!

Kind and very helpful hosts, home equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well furnished kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so beneficial for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up, swim, snorkel, walk along the beach for hours, this is pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. But our highlight was certainly visiting the dolphins on the first day while we enjoyed our aperitifs on the veranda, two animals rummaged in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, people hardly had it anymore. Completely happy we have returned home. THANKS Valentina and Enzo!

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Very spacious apartment over 2 floors in the historic old town of Iglesias, yet quietly located. My personal highlight was the upper balcony with a beautiful conservatory with a great view! The apartment was perfectly equipped, it had everything you needed. Francesca was a great host who welcomed us personally - also the communication in advance was fabulous. If we should come back to Iglesias, we'd love to stay with Francesca again!

We were very satisfied with the choice of the house for our stay in February. Due to appropriate insulation as well as several possibilities for hot water treatment and heating, this is also suitable for stays in the cool season. Fantastic house located a few meters from some wonderful coves and the Francesci Beach. The location is great for snorkeling, it has both stretches of coastline with rocks and sand. The location is really enviable and suitable for all needs. The house is very nice, it has a large shaded patio, a living room with a large and very well equipped kitchen, with an indoor dining table, 3 bedrooms (including 2 double bedrooms) and a bathroom. The house was really very clean and very comfortable. There is also an outdoor shower and the possibility of barbecue. Massimo was a really kind host, he welcomed us in the best way and gave us many directions to local restaurants and possible places to visit. Check-in time was flexible. Finally, a house highly recommended for comfort and cleanliness, and for its enviable location by the sea.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

We (a family of five) spent a wonderful week in Alessandro’s lovely house in Calasetta. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated, and big. Most of all we enjoyed the outside kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The communication with Alessandro worked very well, he reacted immediately. We highly recommend Alessandro’s hospitality and his house. There are some beautiful beaches in the area, but a car is needed to discover them.

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt flats. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches of the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of time flexibility and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth visiting. A week-long stay where we felt right at home. Highly recommended

Luana is a great host , she was always available for any request or question. quick to accommodate our requests. The place is very clean, the terrace is spacious the most appreciated part of the apartment. The area is quiet, to get to the center of the village 5/10 min walk along the way there is a bank and by car in 5 minutes you arrive at the supermarket. In the village there are: pharmacy, pizzerias and shops of typical Sardinian products. The house has a great location for those who want to visit both the southwest and the southeast. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.
