Vacation rentals with beach access in San Pietro Island

Annalisa was an extremely friendly, committed and flexible host who accommodated us more than once. We had a relaxing break in Calasetta during the low season. The apartment was equipped with the most important things. The only thing that bothered us was the bed that squeaked and was a little too soft for our taste. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. The bay in Calasetta was beautiful and the village looked like a picturesque, sleepy fishing village in mid-September. Our tips: Spiaggia Coaquaddus and Spiaggia le Saline. Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

The village, although a little disastrous from the urban point of view, is in a beautiful location. The apartment is spacious and complete with everything you need. The view of the sea is very beautiful. A terrace is available on the kitchen floor where you can quietly dine and enjoy the sunset. Claudio and Francesca were not present but a relative welcomed us at check-in and check-out, giving us all the necessary information for the stay.

Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. Best place if you wanna try Kite, or Wing :) Near to the spot. Owner was nice, very communicative and understanding. For sure will back if i will be here again.

I'm almost afraid to describe how beautiful this cute little apartment is because it may never be free again! Fun aside- my husband and I stayed for only two days at very short notice and really loved "our" little piece of jewelry! The facility has been designed with a special sense of aesthetics, the small indoor balcony is really enchanting! The only drawback is that it was only available for two days. Something really special!

We stayed at Baby House for the second year. Like the previous experience, we had a very good time. The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished, attention to detail and very clean. Mr. Grazia, Gianni and Giulia are friendly and considerate. No longer it is not possible to think about vacations in Calasetta without staying at this jewel.

Very nice cottage, ideal for 4 persons. The house is very well equipped and the beach is within walking distance. Many thanks to Marco for the good tips on the restaurants in the surrounding area. We had a very nice holiday in Marco's house! Grazie!

All really good for the price! To the outdoor area you have to go up a staircase leading into the basement apartment. The outdoor area is now tiled with stone slabs. The nearest supermarket is 1.4 km away - with a car no problem, without it if you want to buy drinking water. The bedrooms are separated from the main room by sliding glass doors, which allows little privacy when both bedrooms are used. I was there on my own, so no problem

Lovely place, Alberto is very quick to communicate Beach a stone's throw from the house, for longer stays is the ideal place. Ten minutes from the ferries and downtown. I would recommend it

Stay in a piece of history inside the walls of a beautiful Castle town . Host gave daily recommendations that were awesome.

Portoscuso is a wonderful village in that region - Sardinia - which I as an Italian living in Germany call Italian paradise. Chiara and Livio's house is in a breathtaking place, just a few meters from a wonderful sea, super quiet, dreamy! The house is also fantastic, nothing is missing, it has an incredible maritime charm! The interaction with the owners is also perfect, kind, nice and always available! Thank you so much for this dream vacation!

We had a great stay at Portoscuso. Angelo's place is a very nice apartment in a newly-buiot house. Everything was very clean. There was parking right in front of the building. The house is located close to the city center, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

The apartment is equipped and very clean in a very quiet area.. we needed a quiet and relaxing place to spend the holidays and we found it.. in the evening sleeping with the sound of the sea that is attached to the house, we liked it very well.. great experience.. Tony and Eugenia are very kind but not intrusive.. recommended..

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in every detail by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions for self check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photograph. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the departure of the ferry is just a short walk from the house.

The apartment is perfect. In fact, it is well cared for in every detail, the bathroom is quite spacious with a nice shower, the kitchen provides everything you need, the outdoor space is really nice for breakfast outside. In addition, the location is perfect as in two minutes on foot you can reach the wonderful beach of Sotto Torre but you can also get to the center with a nice walk through the interior streets of Calasetta. The apartment was super clean and the host gave us a lot of useful info about the area. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back!

Very nice apartment with great views. Andrea is a great host, extremely accommodating and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly flexible and smooth. Would recommend it to everyone!

Everything went well during our stay at Tania's. She and her husband are very friendly and very present to answer our questions. Contact is warm and easy. Only small downside, the accommodation is suitable for families with young children but less for families like us with 3 big children because the accommodation becomes a little small and the mattresses are more or less comfortable. Overall, I recommend it!
