Condo vacation rentals in San Pedro

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. Smooth and hassle-free check-in. The unit is clean, well-organized, and although it’s a small condo, every piece of furniture is thoughtfully placed, making the space feel cozy and neat. The pool area is impressively large, with sections for both kids and adults. Our kiddos had a blast, especially during the night swimming. Overall, a great stay—perfect for a quick getaway or family bonding. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a microwave, and cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Walkable to Mall of Asia, which was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few minor notes: -Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), as these weren’t provided. - The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well to keep the room cool. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical stay, especially for those who want easy access to Mall of Asia. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a well-located, budget-friendly options.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly approachable, quick to respond to any questions or inquiries, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests or changes. They were genuinely kind and helpful. The place was spotless, which was especially important to me as I'm particular about bathrooms, and it exceeded expectations in that regard. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including towels, toothbrushes, toilet paper, trash bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. It was definitely worth the stay, and we’re grateful for the hospitality, especially during such a difficult time when we needed to be close to a funeral. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Angelyn's a great host. She replies fast and proactively communicates how to get to her place, the rules and checking in. My family and I appreciated her a lot as a host with her communication and for taking care of us as she considered to extend our check out because we arrived past 12am. Her place is exactly as we've seen in the pictures and my kids enjoyed the small foosball and mini board games. It was close to Lausanne so it's easy to get a coffee in Dear Joe or in Windmill. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back.

We had a wonderful experience at Rommel's place. The unit was exactly as described and all available amenities were in working order. Place is very accessible , we’re working remotely and the internet was flawless, no issues at all.. Family friendly place , the pool is clean, great view and ambience, and the unit is clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly staffs , definitely our go to place if we’re in the Metro , Salamat ❤️

The place is exactly how it was described in the listing. I liked that they have already cooled the unit before our arrival. The place was clean and had the basic stuff you'll need. I stayed here for just 1 night since I had late night meeting in the area but would definitely consider this place again in the future. A few recommendations I have which I think would make the place even better: 1) Might want to replace the dining set with a sturdier one. I was so afraid to use it as it was wiggling a lot. 2) Fix the kitchen cabinet doors. The place looks great but the kitchen needs some work done. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The parking slot is an added bonus and its really close to the elevators so if you are carrying heavy stuff, this is a huge plus! Thank for letting us stay at your place! 😍

Nice and clean with all the needed amenities. Location is great, walking distance to Manila Runway leading to NAIA T3. Close to restaurants, personal services, and World Resort Mall. I'll use this place again.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel
