I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

The place is a private place accessible mostly by the lake (via boat) although you can walk very at ease on a trail on the shore of the lake, a beautiful place with an excellent view, to take into account is the time of the boats, since regularly after 6 you have to hire a private boat, we would definitely return as the place is excellent

Our stay at Atitlan Sunset Lodge was wonderful mainly because of the landscape and the beautiful facilities that accompanied us and secondly for the friendly attention of the team at all times. As well as the activities we had at our disposal. I thank Armand for giving us the opportunity to experience something magical. Likewise for the surprise of the sauna😍. We definitely recommend Sunset Lodge and we hope you can continue hosting future travelers looking to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pana.

This house is an absolute gem. We have been traveling for over a year and have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was a very special experience for us. The house is very cozy and has a lot of nice details that made us feel right at home. The outside area is beautiful with lots of different plants. We just loved to stay there and watch nature at work. The location itself is great as it is secluded from the business of other towns but still easily accessible by boat. Our host Duncan was also very responsive and even helped us find a babysitter for our toddler. We also appreciated having Luciano around who was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, although we are not used to having dogs in our home, these two were as easy and well behaved as they could be. We would have loved to stay longer than the two weeks!

Such an amazing and serendipitous stay. This little lakeside cottage was exactly what I needed for my week away in San Marcos. The area is perfect and easy access to the downtown San Marcos area. The bungalow itself is super quaint and perfect for 1-3 people. Filtered water provided and a full kitchenette and refrigerator to prepare your own food. The fire pit was lovely as well which I wasn’t expecting. Whenever I plan to be back in San Marcos I will absolutely be checking to see if this airbnb is available during my planned stay. Thank you!

What an amazing experience, I wish we had stayed longer. A beautiful property followed up by a beautiful view from our room. We were greeted by Valentin and he was ready to help us with anything we needed. Not to mention the breakfast prepared in our room. An unforgettable experience.

Great location - close to restaurants, activities and safe area. Private space with nice view of lake. Comfortable bed. Nice to have washer and clothesline during our stay. Host always responded quickly for any inquiries.

I loved this beautiful home and I’m so glad they are able to share this peaceful place near the lake with travelers. It looked great in the pictures but so much better in person. I recommend this place and my favorite part was the warm pool water and that it was kept clean daily for us!

We loved our stay at the villas — the house was even nicer than the photos and the view was incredible. It’s a great location for relaxing or getting out and exploring other towns on the lake. We’d love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from the balcony are spectacular and we were able to relax and unwind. Our host was responsive and helpful. The building and facilities are very well maintained. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and game room downstairs. The listing says that breakfast was included but we weren’t aware that we would be cooking it ourselves.. We loved our time here and hope to return soon!

Luis has a spectacular house. It's location is the best of any other house. It also has parking for many cars if desired. The view of the lake and the volcanoes is stunning. Also, the house is very well equipped with personal items needed for the stay and all necessary utensils and appliances. Pure water was included, which is a great touch. Recommended 100 percent. We really enjoyed being there. We wouldn't choose another house

Our stay at the Griselda and Antonio's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is spacious, with an equipped kitchen that’s perfect for cooking at home if you prefer not to eat out. The back terrace, complete with a hammock overlooking the lake, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Antonio, takes great care of the house and the surrounding area, and he generously shared his homegrown coffee, bananas, and avocados with us—a lovely gesture that made us feel at home. Griselda was incredibly kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. While the house is not located in the village center or near the nightlife, there is a fantastic café and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Finding the house for the first time can be a bit tricky, but Griselda sent her sons to meet us on the main road and guide us to the property—a thoughtful and much-appreciated service. We highly recommend this immersive, peaceful and cozy stay

I always recommend arriving by boat from Panajachel where they will gladly take you to the Babayaga Bridge for an extra amount by public speedboat. Similarly, the walker from San Marcos is worth it, from that point you already connect with nature. I recommend not to bring heavy luggage and good walking shoes if you decide to walk. It's the second time we stayed in a Sergio property. This time we occupy the amazing and magical cabin that is on the shore of the lake. It's definitely one of our favorite spots. The view is fascinating, the photos don't do justice to the panorama you have. The space is surrounded by nature and one of my favorite things the place is impeccable! The outdoor shower is a dream, the sheets clean, the staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious. The space is always perfect to disconnect from city life and connect with the nature and beauty of the lake. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location and house for a large party. We were situated close enough to downtown Panajachel to be able to easily grab a tuk tuk, but the house is tucked away and very private. Ventura and Claudia made our stay at Lake Atitlan easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Patricia's place for large groups.

Ana Regina was probably the best host we’ve ever encountered on AirBnb. We had so many questions for her and she answered every single one without getting annoyed with us. She, Santiago, and Veronica were all extremely generous and friendly and made the check-in process and the stay super welcoming. Ana Regina will provide clear instructions on how to get to the house, and the process was honestly super easy. She will explain that the house can only be accessed by boat, so all groceries/shopping needs to be done before you arrive, which is very accurate. This truly is a remote getaway that is perfect for relaxing and recharging. The house has basic spices, cooking oils, and all the basic cooking tools you need, but you would need to supply anything beyond that. Santiago pulled out the paddle boards and life vests for us so that we could explore the lake at our leisure! The many outdoor areas to hang out were perfectly furnished, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely magical! it was our favorite stay so far and it exceeded our expectations. The space is so peaceful and you are a few steps away from the lake which we went to each morning for sunrise. There are also restaurants and cafes walking distance to the property!

Full of gratitude to experience Aline & Mikael’s place! The view is breathtaking, you are among the tree tops with birds nesting in front of you. The yoga shala is dreamy, and a perfect place for yoga and exercise. Highly recommend the delivery service from restaurants in town, as the path up is quite steep. Can also get some eggs and provisions in town to cook. The coffee provided is good quality, made with moka pot. To be honest, the mattresses were quite hard for us, and a bit uncomfortable. Something to consider if you are a sensitive sleeper. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had an amazing stay and loved this location! Super easy to get to from the boats and paddle boarding was right downstairs. The little restaurant at the end of the street was lovely and we went many times for breakfast and dinner. Sunsets were gorgeous! Super easy to get to also from Pana, Casa del Mundo and San Marcos by boat. The home itself was spacious and lovely, very well decorated with water provided, towels, and toilet paper! Would highly recommend.
