We loved our stay! Kathleen is a sweetheart and so kind and attentive. And her three dogs are adorable. The unit is perfect for two people. It is situated on a dead end street, making it a very quiet location with no street noise. There are so many places to eat just a quick Uber ride away - both Los Yoses and Escalante barrios are very nearby. Super convenient location and a wonderful host!

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Great place and wonderful location!

My sister and her husband stayed here. They didn’t have ANY complaints about the room or the hosts. They said Luis and his wife were very kind. They were quick to answer any questions they had and to suggest areas to visit. If I ever travel to Costa Rica I would definitely stay here. I recommend them 10/10. The price per night was amazing as well

place was perfect quite location 25 minutes from airport. mountain side .Chance was perfect host responded very quickly if needed and we felt at home. The views from very relaxing deck where very nice

I've stayed in this building many times and i really like this apartment, it was away from the train side (which loves to honk it's horn all day from like 630am so can be really noisy) and it was comfortable.

My stay where Pedro was just what I needed. Super well located, close to all amenities, malls, restaurants and especially close to the La Petite France bakery, which I charm :) The apartment is very clean and comes with everything you need for your stay. The best value for money.

great location, very quiet and safe area

I stayed 6 nights in the apartment, great location for students, good access to public transport and supermarkets, the area is quite safe and the accommodation too. The transfer from and to the airport is better to do uber, they charge 10mil colonists on average (may vary per hour) Something I highlight is the human quality of the hosts and all the amenities they gave me, they greeted me with coffee for the week, salt, sugar, pepper, frying oil, shampoo, vanity soap and hand soap. Apart from all the kitchen utensils that are already exposed in the offer. You can tell that they take care of all the details. If someone goes to San Jose I will recommend them and if I go back to that city I will stay there again.

I worked at the German School abroad for three months and the accommodation is centrally located in Pavas and opposite the German school. Camille was a very good host who always responds to the wishes of the guests. The apartment was always super clean and the pictures correspond to reality.

I was there for less than 12 hours overnight before an early morning flight from SJO. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and the apartment was exactly what I needed for a quick stay. Really good value for the price. 10 minute Uber or taxi to SJO.
