Loft vacation rentals in San Pedro

We loved our stay! Kathleen is a sweetheart and so kind and attentive. And her three dogs are adorable. The unit is perfect for two people. It is situated on a dead end street, making it a very quiet location with no street noise. There are so many places to eat just a quick Uber ride away - both Los Yoses and Escalante barrios are very nearby. Super convenient location and a wonderful host!

Great place! Good value and friendly service…

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Great place and wonderful location!

My sister and her husband stayed here. They didn’t have ANY complaints about the room or the hosts. They said Luis and his wife were very kind. They were quick to answer any questions they had and to suggest areas to visit. If I ever travel to Costa Rica I would definitely stay here. I recommend them 10/10. The price per night was amazing as well

We felt at home right away, the apartment was as described, Mauricio was very responsive and made great recommendations to us. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to restaurants and markets. We definitely recommend this place, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax that is walking distance to most of the things that you need, this the place for you.

My stay where Pedro was just what I needed. Super well located, close to all amenities, malls, restaurants and especially close to the La Petite France bakery, which I charm :) The apartment is very clean and comes with everything you need for your stay. The best value for money.

I stayed 6 nights in the apartment, great location for students, good access to public transport and supermarkets, the area is quite safe and the accommodation too. The transfer from and to the airport is better to do uber, they charge 10mil colonists on average (may vary per hour) Something I highlight is the human quality of the hosts and all the amenities they gave me, they greeted me with coffee for the week, salt, sugar, pepper, frying oil, shampoo, vanity soap and hand soap. Apart from all the kitchen utensils that are already exposed in the offer. You can tell that they take care of all the details. If someone goes to San Jose I will recommend them and if I go back to that city I will stay there again.

I stayed for work and meets expectations for the price charged, safe, clean place, with various amenities and an agile and quick response, when required for work I will use it again.

Yanet is very attentive, her place is amazing, cozy and has all you need.

Great accommodation, everything was perfect and we had a good rest before starting our roadtrip. Diego was super usefull and good living ! He also let us use the washing machine, it was very usefull ! If we come back again in Alajuela before leaving Costa Rica, we will definitely come back here again !
