Loft vacation rentals in San Pedro

We loved our stay! Kathleen is a sweetheart and so kind and attentive. And her three dogs are adorable. The unit is perfect for two people. It is situated on a dead end street, making it a very quiet location with no street noise. There are so many places to eat just a quick Uber ride away - both Los Yoses and Escalante barrios are very nearby. Super convenient location and a wonderful host!

The apartment is very cozy, very well furnished and decorated, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. They were flexible with check-in time flexible. Access was easy. I hope to return.

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

This Airbnb is located in a quiet cul de sac that lends to the over all feeling of privacy and calm. The place is ideal for one or two people to use as a base for exploration. It’s easy walking distance to shops and a park. It’s also very close to a hotel that can be used to be picked up from when signing up for trips on trip advisor, Viator, or Get your guide. Juan Carlos and Mauricio were ideal hosts. We had arranged for a driver to pick me up. When the driver was unable to make it at the last moment,rather than cancel and refer me to uber, Juan Carlos, himself, came. I was impressed! Juan Carlos and Mauricio were available to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. They responded in short order to any communication I sent. They were warm and personable. The stay was handled in a professional yet caring manner. I’d choose this Airbnb again if I return to San Jose. I recommend it highly to you!

What a beautiful area to find an Airbnb in and for such a great price! You should definitely stay at Ana’s place. The hot water was perfect as well. Ana responded rapidly and was a wonderful host.

Amazing studio for a stay in San Jose. The airport can be reached easily from there. Raquel replied quickly, the lobby with 24/7 service and the security guard make it easy to check in and to feel save at all times.

The place is close to the airport, but not too close for airplane noise, super clean, with wonderful AC, that cools the place in less than 10 min. Nice roof top terrace with great views of the area. I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised by the snacks that were provided in the kitchen. Michael is a very attentive, and communicative host with eye for detail. I booked a stay for two nights, unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned.. Michael was so gracious to refund me for one night. Which he didn’t have to do. That shows you what a great and sincere person he is. Pura Vida!

Excellent view and conditioning

Lively, animal friendly, place. Shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Charming, well kept garden, common area. Warm and kind hosts. The bed was AHHmazing!!

Goos stay but they really need to change the things inside. Sheets are old. And towel’s certainly need a change. Other than that it was good

I stayed 6 nights in the apartment, an excellent location for students, good access to public transport and supermarkets, the area is quite safe and the accommodation too. The transfer from and to the airport is best done by Uber, they charge 10,000 colones on average (it may vary by the hour) Something that stands out is the human quality of the hosts and all the amenities they gave me. They welcomed me with coffee for the week, salt, sugar, pepper, oil for frying, shampoo, toilet soap and hand soap. Apart from all the kitchen utensils that are already included in the offer. You can tell they take care of all the details. If anyone goes to San José, I will recommend them, and if I go back to that city, I will stay there again.

This place was easy to find and very close to the airport! While I couldn’t locate the instructions for checking in on my phone, the hosts re-sent the instructions and responded fast. Super convenient and had good WiFi. I had to do some remote work and I was able to make calls and finish my tasks here with ease. When I arrived, there was a dead bug that blended in with the flooring. No biggie though as I was able to sweep it up and didn’t have issues with bugs afterwards. The layout of this space is different from anywhere else I’ve stayed in a positive way. Very spacious and I appreciated the snacks upon my arrival. I was able to have things delivered with ease via Uber eats and as a solo traveler I felt safe here!

Very nice place and very friendly.

I worked at the German School Abroad for three months and the accommodation is centrally located in Pavas and opposite the German school. Camille was a very good who always responded to guests' requests. The apartment was always super clean and the pictures correspond to reality.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The host is super responsive, quick response, if we had any questions, or needed something, was quick to communicate with us. The quiet area and the other guests and nearby neighbors very quiet as well. The place was clean and we were left for two people and the parking area is a super plus 🫶🫶 I would definitely stay there again.
