Great place and great attention from the hosts

The apartment is very functional, clean and clean. It has clear instructions for the use of TV, bathroom and laundry room. The location is in a quiet area, very close to El Campanario and has a spectacular view of Queretaro. It's ideal for 2 people and I would recommend a sofa bed that would allow you to host 1 or 2 more people. It was very comfortable and functional for my parents' stay (elderly people) as the apartment is on the same level as the parking lot. I would gladly return to this apartment.

The apartment is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, well decorated, equipped. The building has incredible amenities. nearby there is oxxo. One Carls Jr. a Starbucks. The only thing is that the access person in the cabin was not in their place and we share to wait and the one in the lobby is also not very friendly that we say... other than that all great.

Our stay was very satisfying. Excellent location in subdivision with surveillance, very safe area and close to everything: commercial squares, restaurants, shops of all kinds,etc. Excellent general and cleaning conditions of the apartment

It is a very nice and comfortable house, just as described in the listing. Check-in and check-out were very easy. It has the indicated amenities. Although the parking inside the house is for a car and in my case we were in two, the area is very safe and quiet so we could leave the second car outside without inconvenience. The tranquility of the area is perfect for rest, as it is 10 minutes from the center by car, making it a difficult option to improve if you are going to visit the city and you already have your own transport. Ale was attentive all the time very kind, she was very clear with the instructions and quick in her responses.

Alfonso and his family are very helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Juan is a fantastic host with a lovely space that worked well for our family of 5. Anything we needed was within walking distance and there was such a wonderful holiday atmosphere all around the city, including right out front the house.

The apartment is as in the photos , very nice , it has everything you need , the view very nice , Victor very friendly , very easy access , only the terrace has a lot of dust , but there is a work nearby I suppose that's for that , the training room super !!

We really liked being in the apartment and everything was very quiet, we felt very comfortable, it has everything it promotes and above all an incredible view.

The beds had stains of shoes just like the headboard had hairs
