This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. Great experience. I read the reviews, and the view that the host of the apartment took into account all the comments and corrected them. Very cozy, thoughtful. Parking space. Small area on the street. Close to the sea. Nearby is the way to the observation. The store and several cafes are also nearby. Beautiful and convenient in the apartment itself.

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks to the air conditioning, the rooms were at a pleasant temperature. The only negative thing is the thin walls, so you can hear other guests. But since you're spending time outside, it doesn't really matter as long as other people don't make noise from early in the morning. They were very satisfied. I can only recommend. It's in a great quiet location yet close to the beach and restaurants.

The apartment was fantastic, exceeding all our expectations. It was very modern with stunning interiors, harmonious colors, quality furniture, and beautiful wallpaper. It felt as if the entire apartment had been designed by a professional interior designer. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The sauna was amazing (we stayed during the new year’s period).
