Geoffrey & Kat were great hosts who communicated very well, were super responsive, genuine, kind and helpful. Their place was cozy, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and my dogs absolutely loved the backyard! Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Great stay, great hosts. House was cute, clean and very comfortable. Yard has to be entered outside of the house for those staying with pets. Overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

Great property, great host! The location is just a few blocks from the beach and multiple restaurants. The house was super clean and nicely stocked and decorated. The back yard is huge and the heated pool is completely private, so we had a blast hanging out in it. Justin checked up on us and made sure we were happy and comfortable, and he was super quick and helpful about the few questions we had. It was a great stay!

Wonderful, clean open space with a beautiful pool and backyard, very very nice place to stay if you have a kid, the pool is a major plus especially in the summer. Backyard is gorgeous and the open floor-plan makes you feel like you’re in a mansion, it’s very spacious , the rooms are great. The master bedroom is amazing. Everything was spotless. great bnb , highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased our dream home in Florida. We sold our home in Washington state and made the decision to relocate our family cross-country before our new home’s build completed so our kids could begin school at the start of the new school year. This meant we’d need a residence for ~2 months. Kim and her home at 1175 Natures Hammock were an answer to prayers! Not only did we feel immediately comfortable, but the area is gorgeous and quiet with friendly neighbors! It is close to pretty much everything. The yard and pool were exceptional - filled with lush plants (we even got to pick a fresh pineapple!). Our pups really enjoyed chasing lizards and squirrels! We weathered a tropical storm and 2 hurricanes here and felt completely safe and prepared thanks to Kim’s help and advice. We sincerely appreciate the responsiveness, kindness and professionalism Kim delivered! This place will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

This was our second time staying here and the close proximity to the beach can't be beat.

My guests and I had the most enjoyable time here at this place.. the host was very helpful with accommodating our early arrival at no additional cost and made sure to replace any appliances that may not be up to par with thier high standards. The home features two beautiful showers and a living room that melts the day away on the comfy couch. I enjoyed the hammock in the back yard the most watching the jets pass up above.. The beach and great BBQ places just a few blocks away.. we truly enjoyed our stay and will always look here again in the future.

We booked our stay at Gregory’s place for after the football game! The house was conveniently located near the stadium but not close enough to wear we had to worry about the city traffic! If I could’ve given him 10 stars for communication, I absolutely would have! I called Gregory with a question, he answered the first time I called and continued to make sure things were going great after our phone call! He has snacks delivered to the house after our check-in, which was also super nice! The cost was super affordable, especially if you’re traveling with a group of people and need multiple rooms! If you’re needing a place to stay in this area, I definitely recommend Gregory’s place!

This place is so close to the beach which was awesome. I wasn't here on vacation, but escaping the aftermath of Milton since I didn't have power. I was able to bring my cat and dog with no questions asked. The backyard has turf and is fenced in so my dog could roam or sunbathe freely. This is definitely a vacation spot, not ideal if you have to bring a whole work setup but if you just need a laptop to work then it's perfect. Very cute.

It is an excellent location for GoRuck events. My wife and I visited Jax Beach to attend some GoRuck events. HQ is .5 miles from the cottage. The location is ideal for everything else—the grocery store, beach, restaurants, and breweries are all very close. We enjoyed using the bikes to cruise around. It is very quiet, even though it is on a slightly busy street. The park across the street has a playground, pickleball, and basketball courts.

Great place! Nice fenced yard for pets and we so appreciated that David allows dogs! I hope everyone keeps his place clean like they found it so he keeps on letting people stay that have dogs. Would definitely stay here again! Also, was very fast at responding to any questions.
