There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

This is mine and my wife’s 7th or 8th time staying here, I have lost count. This is literally a home away from home. Each and every time we stay here is so relaxing. Gerry and Paula are amazing hosts and their home supplies all you need. Amazing restaurants just right around the corner. Also a grocery store down the street for any last minute things you may need to cook. So many little stores to shop at to spend your day exploring Cambria’s little town. Will definitely be back and hopefully soon. Thank you again Gerry and Paula for your amazing hospitality.

What a great find in Morro Bay! The complex is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the rolling hills and farms. The house is very well located if you plan to do lots of exploring from Big Sur, to SLO, and to the adjacent towns and beaches. So close to all that Morro Bay has to offer as well. Inside had enough to cook meals and relax between our activities. The ping pong table was a hit and stocked with all the equipment. The welcome basket and breakfast went above and beyond and was a very kind gesture to arrive to. The host was responsive to questions we had during our stay. The check out requirements are a bit in-depth if you’re used to other properties with minimal expectations and especially if you’re trying to leave early in the morning and have a long drive ahead of you. But we were able to manage. Overall it’s was a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay for our vacation to the area.

Everything about this rental was above and beyond. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of well thought out space to spread out..The view from the roof deck is beautiful. Perfect place for a glass of wine! All dealings and communications with Sandee were clear and prompt. Great location in a lovely and quiet neighborhood.. We had a great stay at the Cutest Cottage. We were there for my daughter’s tournament at Cal Poly (an easy 20 minute drive) and Dina was extremely helpful at letting us get in a little bit early so my elderly grandmother could lay down between games. We were able to make breakfast both mornings and dinner one night and although we came prepared with all our seasonings and such, the home was fully stocked in the kitchen. The view is amazing from the upstairs balcony and we used the hot tub one evening. The space worked out perfectly for us because there was so much downstairs space and a perfect bedroom downstairs for my grandmother to be able to get around. The only thing we just didn’t have time to take advantage of was the fire pit and seating area in the beautiful front yard. The plants and flowers all around the house are gorgeous. It was a perfect house for the 7 of us who stayed the weekend.

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!

This place offers everything for rest, relaxation, walking, and playing. We loved it! The home offers beautiful views out every window, the layout inside and out is perfect for two people or a large family. The activities offered here are so much fun. The only surprise was that two other homes were close to the house: a tiny home listed on Airbnb (great potential for family reunions if someone wanted their own space) and the caretaker's residence. However, there's no need to worry. The caretakers whom we reached out to are more than kind, and their doggies are adorable! We highly recommend this fabulous space. I can't wait to book it again! Only a few miles from Templeton and our favorite Farmer's Market!
