The home is even more beautiful than the pictures give it credit. On a gorgeous plot of land, very spacious for 9-10 guests. Wish we had even more time there

Claire's home was a fantastic location for folks coming in from out of town looking to enjoy downtown Paso and the wineries. It was a "no frills" location but it met the description. It was quite spacious and fit our whole group quite comfortably. I didn't downrate the property for the following things (again, the space fit the description), but good for folks to know who are booking: - The hot tub didn't get very hot, I reached out to see if I could bump the temperature, but I didn't receive a response - Pots/pans/knives were outdated, but they did what they needed to do! - The entry code was provided in a message but it was also provided in the "check-in instructions" via the app. The codes were different so I got locked out (only 60 seconds), so just make sure you use the code in message I did love the fenced in yard for the doggo + firepit! Overall I would stay again.

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

Great location, easy check in, everything you could need for a long weekend. Enclosed yard was great for our pup! Highly recommend and would book again. Loved the file full of recommendations of where to eat, which vineyards to visit. Not related to the great Airbnb but a general note on Paso is to book a tasting for the most popular vine yards as we were turned away from several on a Sunday in January.

Loved staying here! We rarely go out of town with our dog because its hard to find places that are friendly to her AND kids. Everyone loved playing in the yard, and my son was obsessed with the bunk beds! I corresponded with Cody and he was super helpful and kind.

We were very happy with the host, very clean, quiet place. Would definitely recomend!!

Thank you, Erik and Kate, for allowing my family to enjoy your home. As former long time residents of the central coast, bringing my mom back to visit her “home town” and two sons was amazing. She’s not getting any younger so getting this chance to bring her home for the weekend was perfect. Especially a last minute booking. Your home was perfectly situated in the middle of the town, with quick access to the beach and Old Arroyo. Plenty grocery and restaurants to choose from with in close proximity. My daughters and I fell in love as soon as they opened the front door stating, “we could live here.” It had all the amenities we could have asked for, a charming back patio area and plenty of parking. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!

Rental company was very communicative, house was very clean and well stocked. Very pleasant stay and loved Morro Bay! Visit the state park: golf, canoeing, hiking etc.

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Hari’s place is incredibly beautiful, both in terms of the setting and the guesthouse itself. The backyard and surrounding areas were serene and nice to walk around in the mornings. The guesthouse itself has a fantastic view of this area. We stayed here with 4 other guests and all enjoyed our stay. There is more than enough room for getting our own private spaces in the bedrooms while having a great experience in the common spaces, including the backyard and pool/hot tub. Most importantly, Hari was incredibly kind, accommodating, responsive - everything you would want from a host. Highly recommend staying here.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place or setting to bring in the new year. Place was beautiful, serene and private. We woke up every morning to chirping birds and wild deer, and ended every night with gorgeous sunsets. The bed was super comfy and our dog enjoyed exploring the property (and tennis!). We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful house and surroundings. Very roomy and clean with plenty of places to sit and chat with family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the spacious backyard was a dream come true for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

I stayed in this lovely studio loft for 10 days, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hosts are thoughtful, and the space is nicely appointed with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding, every detail was considered. The location is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac, which felt very safe and peaceful. One thing to note is that the studio is attached to the main house, separated by a deadbolted door. While it still felt private, some noise did carry over. This wasn’t an issue for me, but if you have small dogs (like I do) that are sensitive to unfamiliar sounds, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Finding this listing same day i needed to evacuate from LA fires was shocking. was so lucky to also extend my stay. i wish i could live here. i brought my two dogs and they had the best time with the yard. completely fenced in so i had no worries about them escaping. great natural lighting. cleanest kitchen ever. great laundry room. ordering food to this place is super easy and not too expensive. the city is getting more restaurants similar to Pismo. the closest beach is about a 25 min scenic drive away. would 1000% stay here again

We came for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot to stay! Close to the wineries yet private location. The hosts were kind and gave us a tour upon arrival where he recommended some local places to check out. We had an amazing time and highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Brent and Jo's place over NYE, and it was a great choice. The house was clean when we got there, and we know how difficult that can be as pet owners. We loved how close to the ocean this house is - and it really does feel like a house, there's a ton of character! Our local friends came over for dinner one night, and their 3yo daughter had endless fun trying to find all the octopi hidden around the house. 10/10 would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay the Fischer house. It is evident is a well loved home and we were very comfortable. Laura was kind and hospitable, letting us borrow boogie boards for the kids and the house is very convenient for our walks to the beach and to the main street for dining. Don’t miss the blue corn waffles at Hidden Kitchen.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

The place was great for my family and my furry friends. Beautiful outdoor spaces and the house had everything we needed.

This is our third visit to Jesse's place. Each visit we stay a little longer because we love it so much and always hate leaving. It's a home away from home next to the beach. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Close to everything. A 2 minute walk to the beach, which in early mornings are quiet and perfect place to walk your dog. In the evenings, the beach is much busier (its the dunes area, so lots of vehicles on the beach) and a great place to kick back, build a fire, and enjoy the sunsets. But our favorite part is the deck. Beautiful views, private, and a great place to enjoy the sun. Always a five-star stay here, and we can't wait to be back!

We felt welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. The cottage was warm and inviting inside and out. This was the opposite of some bnbs…you feel trusted to enjoy the nice decor, Aaron’s pottery works, all the “stuff” inside. We stayed two weeks and the weather was amazing. Enjoying the deck was a bonus. Thanks, Aaron. Next year we want to come stay for a month!

I had such a wonderful stay at Breanne's vintage trailer! The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to town for anything I needed. The space was cozy and had everything I needed to cook my own meals, which I really appreciated. Breanne was fantastic—quick to respond to my questions and very accommodating. I had planned to do my yoga practice on the patio, but it was too cold during my visit. Thankfully, I discovered there was just enough space inside for my practice, which brought me so much joy! LOVED that this was pet friendly so I could be with my furry friend. For anyone staying during the colder months, don’t worry—the small space heater does an amazing job of keeping the trailer warm and cozy. I tend to run cold, but I stayed perfectly comfortable the whole time! This little getaway was exactly what I needed, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for another mini vacation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating stay!
