Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Everything correct, large and comfortable mattress, with quite a bit of detail, oil, salt, vinegar, shampoo, gel, detergent, etc... which is appreciated, I recommend.

The apartment and the whole holiday complex were really great. In particular, the sea view from the large terrace was fantastic. The apartment is very well equipped and the pool area is very nice. The recommendations Wilfried sent before the trip were also very helpful. We can really recommend the apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here, the beach is lovely and the pool/hot tubs on site were great. We found good restaurants within 15 minutes walk of the apartment, and the beach was about 15 minutes walk too. The pizzas from the bar by the pool were delicious! They stopped serving at 7pm but the pool was open until 8pm - these times might change depending on the season, it wasn't very clear from signage. The apartment was lovely, nice spacious balcony for eating and/or relaxing during the day. We caught the bus to Alicante one day, it was late but did arrive eventually. We were able to get a taxi back, but catching a taxi from Arenales del Sol is really difficult! We almost missed our flight home as none of our bookings (including via Ryanair and Uber) came through. Fortunately someone helped us, they advised booking several days in advance through the taxi firm in Elche so I would recommend doing this!

Excellent stay for family holiday. met by host on arrival. Apartment as described. Well equipped and perfect for our 15month old with cot, high chair, bath as well as toys and a secure terrace. Excellent location, quiet and 5 minute walk from beach and tram into Alicante. Super market and restaurants close by too. Complex secure, small play park as well as games room. Pools looked clean and pleasant but took chilly for us to use in December as you would expect. Home from home.. would recommend especially if you have children.

A very complete apartment with all the kitchen things (utensils, small appliances....) bathroom (towels...), bedrooms (savannas), necessary for a family. My children are very happy with the apartment. Thank you David and Anja for being so kind. Very satisfied with the experience, for sure I will repeat!

I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Vilajoiosa! We had a great week there in October; the kids (ages 2 and 5) loved the pool - even though it was a bit cold (pool is not heated)! The area is quiet, there is a playground right outside the door and the main beach is a 10 min walk away. There is a beach just outside, but with pebbles. The main beach is really beautiful and more child friendly. The apartment is fully equipped, 2 bathrooms and was clean when we arrived. Nice ocean view, and afternoon and evening sun! The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and gave a few recommendations for restaurants. He was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would love to come again!

Great location and pool

Very nice apartment as well as a nice residence. Great for families. For the location the ideal is to have a vehicle to get around the big cities nearby. I would recommend it without a problem! Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness.

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very proactive, checking in to ensure things are well and even communicating to share the specials of the bar at the urba. The apartment spacious and in a lovely area, close to the tram and the beautiful beach. Overall a perfect stay at Juan's apartamento. I look forward to staying at Juan's place again. Gracias Juan

We liked the apartment very much, beautiful view, good location, clean, complete. Close to the boulevard and supermarkets. Villajoyosa is a nice place with lots of restaurants.

We had an amazing time with our toddler at Suniva’s place. Gorgeous location plus a fantastic Condominium right in front of San Juan Beach. Highly recommended. The host was there for anything we needed :)

We had a fantastic short break here. The apartment was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We would highly recommend and would love to return. The location is stunning and the pools were lovely. Thank you so much for a fabulous break!!

This is an amazing place to stay for 4 people. Spotless, spacious house, everything we needed for a lovely stay. Two bathrooms, outside furniture, well stocked kitchen, comfy sun loungers, plenty of bedding and towels were the highlights. Really quiet neighbourhood. Close to pink salt lake was added bonus for a photography enthusiast. Excellent communication with Modesto throughout.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

We had a great 15 days with the pool, the casa jardin of free availability. Santi and Lola are very nice, helpful and reactive. You have to take the car to go to the center of Elche and the beaches but they are close. we recommend the beach of Carabassi, co, not too many people. Alicante also 20 minutes away. We recommend it!

Spent 10 days here, it was well kitted out, the kitchen had extensive equipment and amenities, easy to cater for the 11 of us. Easy check In process and great communication, our flight was delayed and we landed very late. Javier ensured the villa was ready and was able to communicate an out of hours check in. good sized pool. Great location; shops within walking distance.

Had a lovely relaxing stay at sunrise retreat was so tranquil and peaceful and the scenery of the mountains was breathtaking Sarah jane was a wonderful host and couldnt do enough for us Will definitely return in the future
