Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Price quality is all good. Thank you!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you needed. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

A well appointed apartment. As described, very close to the beach. It is in a residential area, quiet and peacefull. Easy connection with Alicante, El Campello by bus or tram. Good onsite parking. Highly recommended.

We had the best stay here. The house is very clean and well located, close to everything without forgetting the wonderful couple Albert and Cecilia , thanks to them the holidays have become more than great, are too kind and friendly. Finally, I thank Cecilia for her delicious food , and thank you so much for both of you❤️. we'll definitely come back.

Perfect place to stay with kids. Beach is about two blocks down and easily accessible. Several restaurants within easy access, and easy access to the tram and bus to head into Alicante. The place was perfectly suited for toddlers with baby gates on stairs and lockable gates outside. There was everything needed for beach visits, such as towels, chairs and umbrellas. Smart TV allowed access to Netflix for kiddo as well. Host was welcoming and friendly and helpful. Early check in (low season) was very much appreciated!!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

We had a fab time at Carmelo’s apartment. Lovely views especially when there was a thunderstorm one evening! Would return & recommend to friends.😊

We had a perfect stay! Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It was nice to have a parking spot in the garage.

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

The apartment is great, very clean, all that you need is there, close to the beach, perfect internet connection, 10/10. Also hosts are very nice, friendly and hospitable people, will definitely stay in this place again when will be back to San Juan.

The house is as it appears in the photos. It is very close to the beach and the house is super clean. We were very comfortable and Andre was very nice. I would definitely repeat

We loved the apartment, we had privacy since it is inside a closed one, the location is excellent, the tram is coming out, the area is very quiet and familiar. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Sandra was very kind to welcome us, it's definitely a place we recommend

Very good neighborhood, very close to the sea, right under the house a big shop, close to a lot of restaurants. Very clean, comfortable apartment, the apartment has everything you need for a rest. Very helpful owner, responds quickly. We were very happy with the stay.

The apartment is on 10 floor is nice , clean, bright and quiet. Parking is not easy but it works. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is good too. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Dorota was always super responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of skyscrapers but it was really nice there, I was there out of season. Driving around is a lot of fun and fun, it's worth it. It has many beautiful places, parks , nature and small villages.

Rebeca was an excellent host and was very helpful getting me checked in at very short notice. The apartment was spotless clean and looked exactly like the pictures. She went through everything I needed to know for my stay there and I would really recommend staying here because of its location. Five minutes walk from the beach and the old town which is full of nice restaurants and shops. Thank you for having me Rebeca 🙏🏼
