Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Jose del Monte City

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best place to stay in to in Eastwood. You won’t regret a sec of your stay here. The pad is just a few walks away from everything you need, restaurants, mall, cinemas, etc. Plus the host is really great, Fran and Kuya Louie made my stay here a wonderful one. Sure to come back!!! :)

Had another great months stay at Becky's condo. Was met by Annie and her family for check in. Did not have to contact host once during my stay as everything went smoothly. Great spacious apartment with great views and in the perfect location on top of Robinson's Shopping Centre. I cannot recommend Becky's apartment highly enough as it's the perfect place to stay when in Manila. I'll keep on going back.

My wife and I had a great week in Ida's place. It felt just like home. I would gladly book this place again. In fact, I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Thanks to Ida and her associate, Malut.

We loved our stay here! The view was great and the place is surrounded by a walkable community and is close to essential establishments. The hosts were really nice and responsive, giving us clear instructions and reminders. The place is clean and has cute aesthetics. Overall, we recommend this place and we’d love to stay here again in the future!

The place is exactly as described in the post and the photos. Location is accessible to both Cainta and Pasig. Quiet area since it's not along the main road. Easy check in and hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great value for money. Would love to stay again if I am back in the country. Thanks sir Rogelio and Marvin!

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was spotless and felt just like home. It was easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook comfortably, and having an automatic washing machine was a great bonus. The host was extremely responsive, quickly resolving any issues. This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

the place itself is good enough; it satisfied my needs. the dining chairs' cushioning feels weird to sit on. but not a deal breaker. great location. i lived in mandaluyong before, so it made me really happy to enjoy again the nightlife at greenfield. most of my criticism is beyond the host's control. so not her fault. for example, some of the elevators were not functioning during my stay. it took a while to go up and down. the building looks old on the inside. i also didn't like the hassle of getting the RFID. but it's part of the building rules, so must comply. i do appreciate the host for informing me beforehand. she gave clear instructions and allowed me to check in early, which i super duper love because i was exhausted from my travels. overall, i enjoyed my stay. thank you! (fast wifi btw)

We had a problem with our check out date because we forgot about it, but the host was so accommodating and understanding, he gave us time to prepare all our stuff eventhough they have a little time to clean the place for their next guest. Great place! Host is very reponsive and answered all my queries. We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing view of the metro from the roofdecks on 53rd and 52nd floor. Walking distance from Rockwell Makati and Powerplant mall. Amazing view of the Rockwell Makati holiday lights at night.

We loved the place. It did offer all the listed amenities. My favorites are the cold aircon, hot shower, and comfy bed. It also has restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery nearby. It is a secure place as well, with strict but kind staff. We want to come back soon whenever we can work from home or have another event nearby.

Great value for money, the place was clean and tidy and we didn't see any bugs in our time there, which can't be said for a lot of units in this location! The internet was fast enough when plugged into to facilitate video conferencing and the wifi coverage was absolutely fine for us. We either ate out or ordered in so it wasn't a problem that this unit doesn't have cooking facilities, in all honesty I prefer not having the mess and hassle of cooking! The unit was exactly as is pictured and had everything needed for an enjoyable break! Thanks!
