Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

The modern amenities are designed to enhance comfort and convenience, making it a standout choice for tech-savvy guests. Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Awesome place close to pretty much anything, malls, restaurants... Host is super helpfully and accommodating. Spacious rooms, clean, 2 bathrooms...perfect for group of 4. And for those who can live without Aircon, there’s one in each room. Would go back anytime.

Vanessa’s place was amazing. Very roomy with comfortable beds and couches. Walking distance from restaurants and the mall. Vanessa was very responsive to all inquiries and attentive to whatever we needed. I will definitely look her up when I come back to the PI for my next visit.

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

Aaron's pkace is highly recommended. Inside the condo, we had everything we need, like water, shampoo, toiletries, washer/ dryer and all we need in the kitchen. The place is very and secured and walkable to all amenitiea. Definitely we are coming back here again next time.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in Alfonso's condo unit countless times. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Alfonso is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space felt like a second home to me. In fact, a few times I have factored the availability of Alfonso's place in deciding when to go to the Philippines. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for to stay around BGC area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The staffs are all friendly. My grandmother cannot go upstairs so they immediately provided us a Sofa Bed for her. the process from check in to check out is all okay. will definitely book this one again.

Great and peaceful place

Great value for money, the place was clean and tidy and we didn't see any bugs in our time there, which can't be said for a lot of units in this location! The internet was fast enough when plugged into to facilitate video conferencing and the wifi coverage was absolutely fine for us. We either ate out or ordered in so it wasn't a problem that this unit doesn't have cooking facilities, in all honesty I prefer not having the mess and hassle of cooking! The unit was exactly as is pictured and had everything needed for an enjoyable break! Thanks!

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

Vince’s place was a great stay. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Location was great 20min walk to SM Megamall. Would stay here again.

Really cosy little apartment to settle in for a short or longer term. Right next to Greenfields district which has loads of choices for food and drink. Also not too far from BGC and has decent transport via EDA/MRT nearby. Would love to stay again next time I'm in the area!

I recommend this place. Very convenient and walking distance to the Runway Manila going to T3 international flights.
